Lord Izaran TammiGirl Well, I can't speak to the authenticity of the second photo, but Detroit is in essentially the same climate as Chicago is, and I know we can't grow palm trees in Chicago. So, that first photo isn't Detroit. As to your third photo, what part of liberal rule leads to the general ban on the hotlinking of photos? As to Detroit being run into the ground by liberals, Boston has been run by liberals since 1930. And Boston doesn't look as run down. Maybe, perhaps, something else caused Detroit to tank and other cities, equally run by liberals, to thrive. two fold with Detroit. 1) The Liberals 2) United Auto Workers See?
1) Outsourcing 2) Outsourcing thus destroying the Union regardless 3) ??????????? (Goes to India or China) 4) Profit for Big Business ^.^

Why exactly do you think manufacturing is being outsourced? Why do you think American labor is so expensive. If it was simply wages companies would be fine. But no, they have to pay extortion level Union Fees, ridiculously high pension and medical coverage, and a mile of other crap for Union PROFIT. Please consider the all the facts when you start slinging around 'profit'. Look at Bethlehem Steel...the Fed took over their medical and pension dues, and they STILL caved from Union contract fees. Now Bethlehem had it's own problems of being poorly managed and not modernizing. But the USW is still a huge cause. We are well past the need for labor unions in this country. OSHA is there for that.
I used to be a Stalinist, and I quit that ideology because I realized a big problem. How does Marxism deal with the Human Element? It can't. Humans are inherently selfish, that is why EVER try at Communism or Socialism has merely created a Ruling Elite, and destroyed the functional classes.

Ever considered Tariffs as an option as Nixon did not like it would work now seeing as our manufacturing / heavy industry has been depleted to such a degree.... Also by contracts you actually have to have humans be required for jobs? As many hospitals are now replacing there workers with robots.
Our Labor unions are ******** pathetic compared to the rest of the world so I dont understand your logic of "big bad unions" when you have Unions in other countries that bring down the ENTIRE COUNTRY such as France Spain India China (Potentially as it has the biggest Union) etc.
never looked into Cyberocracy (prototyped in East Germany without computers now think of databases) and Machine rule? (this is me not most communists)
Build a new ideological apparatus? Or in the sense a communist society would have to exist in stage 2 for the ideology to actually stick permanently such as capitalism did when it crushed Feudalism.
Also what psychological/sociological studies are humans inherently selfish? Some, espeically sociological studies have looked into cyber space such as WoW's economy and found that people are very giving which has given a boost to communist ideology but negatively to petty anarchist gift economists as well.
Also if you want to take a more unmoralisitc terms..they already have 80,000 brain implants made wink
Edit: Im really a Structural Marxist at heart, love Althusser but ive been getting away from him and going with Stalin, Mao and Hoxha lately.

Lord Izaran SoViEtTaNkT34 Lord Izaran The thoughts aside, Heed my warning well...Stalin and Mao are two EXTREMELY cruel and dangerous paths. I wandered down both...it's not pretty. IF you have any kind of moral compass...I beseech you to AVOID THOSE PHILOSOPHIES. They both preach mass murder and inhumane violence. If you didnt get my gist of my argument then you havent realized that the time for this warning has passed wink I'm telling you straight up man...you are going to learn stuff that made my blood curdle. And I am a strong anti-Nazi...and the Nazi's did FUBAR stuff. Want some examples? Pick up Gulag Archipelago...
Already have it. Same with Gulag. For someone whose anti-union you seem mighty against forced labor..but slave-wage labor is okay
I know plenty of Nazi experiments such as Action T-4. Now if your talking about an unnecessary drain on the economy......
