THERES YOUR PROBLEM. All jokes aside, from your specs you should be able to run it fine on low -> medium perfectly fine, High and best might give you some issues but WoW dosn't require much in terms of spec demaning. I would say its the wireless or your firewall, sometimes you have to go onto the WoW site, get the server IP's and put them manually into the 'OK' zone of your firewall, had to do that once for when I played on a pServer.

Just log into the main site, and click the "Download WoW for MAC" button.

i'm sueing this thread for making put a giant dent in my desk.
Macs are not the best for WoW. no matter how hard blizz tries it just doesn't work perfectly. as for not knowing your computers features, you should DEFINENTLY see what your computer came packaged with, for all you know the goverment could be tracking you and your kiddie porn crime ring that i'm not telling anyone i'm running >_>
so. best option i find to do is contact blizzard support, they are helpful, they are the first company to figure out my motherboard being 8 years old is why my video card crashes my computer. it took 5 monkeys and 6 game making companies to figure out my motherboard is incompatible with super awesome games developed with openGL.

WoW runs perfectly on my Macbook Pro 4GB. In fact, it runs better than my brother in law's 6GB Windows XP. I just installed the two disks the day I got my Macbook and it runs flawless.
@Xilo: Macs work just as good as Windows, so stfu. On the newer Macbook Pros, we don't have to Control Click for a right click (to collect loot), we just click with two fingers. That's the only problem I had with my iBook G4. It ran WoW perfectly on 756MB of RAM. stare

Windows talks in C++ and such and Mac talks in hippie. >_>
