With the internet and headphones, it's near impossible to regulate what music you listen to. So I think if she doesn't cool off about this, sneak that stuff on your ipod as a different band. or mislabel the cds.

My parents stopped caring what music I listened to when I was 10, and bought a lewis black cd.

My parents are cool with what I listen to.
My dad and I listen to I set my friends on fire or bring me the horizon on the way to school. He likes screamo just as much as I do. o_O

You have the coolest dad on earth.




Anyway, your mom needs to realize we all have the right to have our own opinions. Hopefully when you listen to your music you don't make it loud enough for her to hear it. It is SO annoying when people do that. Especially when you hate what they're playing.
