Lady Psycho Sexy Yo Xilo, I'm really happy for you and I'mma let you finish, but private servers are the best way to play MMOs of all time. Of all time. i have not found a decent WoW host that doesn't have bugs or hacks. and most other MMO's can suck it cause they ain't no wowld of wocwaft.

Trenn Flashkill I miss having friends who play pen/paper D&D. Me and my dad used to play REAL D&D too. But now he's too lazy to draw the maps. stare

My uncle, my cousins, my sister, her boyfriend and I play Tabletop D&D. [Well, actually, we play Pathfinder, which is based off of D&D 3.5, but yeah.] My uncle and cousins also play this. I'm considering trying it, but I've never liked any MMOs I've tried, so I dunno... <.<

Allegro Really liked the concept, but my system had issues running it, and the downloader annoys me. >> I've had no such issues. If you want a really buggy system of tabletop simulation I suggest looking up OpenRPG. If you want to create tokens in MapTools you simply open "My Pictures" or whatever you've named it, and literally... just drag them onto the board.

well if you've played any D&D 3.5, getting started shouldn't be a problem, the general community is almost never mean, theres even an advice channel where anyone that knows anything can give advice.
its like chat 5 times more intellegent than WoW with channels that are meant for HELPING seprate from those about TRADING. something i Wish WoW would implement, i am tired of hearing questions in the trade chat about stuff you can google.
oh yeah forgot to mention it has in game voice party chat, and its not crappy like WoW's cause its powered by gamespy.

Kuzodav Also known as Neverwinter Nights 2. Hey! I have that! =D I also bought the two expansions for my sister for Christmas. But of course, she happened to buy one of them at the store today (for twice as much as I did on eBay(at worse quality too!)). I told her to return it.. ;>>

Wait. Do you need the orginal D&D Online to play this? Like, is it an expansion? Or is it a standalone game? o -o
