Name of weapon:Tenraikasai (Divine Fire)
Who owns the weapon: Ryugan Kaguya

The Range of the weapon: Depends on attacks from user(Fire Blast or close range slashes)
Weakness: B rank water and above water jutsu aimed at the blade will cause its ability for a set amount of post to disable(B=3 A=6 S=9).Also the slashes will cancel out with any B or A rank jutsu(S rank will completely obliverate the blast).
Description:The user spreads the blade out vertically(like so:)and it begins to glow a bright Fiery red and begins to emit heat.For the blades ability to actvate the user must render a small amount of blood(usually done when blade is spread vertically).When the blades ability is activated it can cause severe burns if it cuts the skin.It can also send Fire projectiles in the shape of slashes(much like ichigo's Tensuga Getsou except they can be released horizontally and vertically)) but at the exspence of the users chakra. Wind jutsu lower in rank do nothing against the techniques also but, against the blade it can lower it's heat. The blade is made of a rare teal jade that had the power to transfer Konpekkaen blood into fire, the blade is denser than reinforced steel. Red jade(also known as Fire emerald) shards were used as "Fire Kunai" when Konpekkaen clansmen were engadged in battle.The shards would be sharpened on both ends so the user could draw blood as he/her threw them.The blade was forged in a time of war against a village west of the mist.The head of the Konpekkaen clan ordered that a blade made of emerald jade. The blade was forged at drastic cost, usually in order to make red jade you must fuse blood of the Konpekkaen clan and melted jade But, since the clan head demanded so much of it, for its creation it required a sacrifice. The blacksmith was tired of killing for the sake of the clan head and vowed his revenge secretly.Without the head knowing he kidnapped his daughter and used her as the sacrifise for the blades creation.The blacksmith fled the village fearing for his life afterwards but not before dropping off the blade and a note at the head's doorstep.The Head of the Konpekkaen was outraged when he read the note containing the confession of the blacksmith saying he kidnapped and murdered his daughter.He issued and all out search for the blacksmith but he was never found.

Slash attacks:
Jigoku Kaen(Hells Flame)(Can be used vertcally, diagnally, and horizontally)
Description:The user channels Fire chakra into blade and releases as he slashes vertcally, diagnally, or horizontally.The blast are 1 ½ yards in length and 6 inches in width.The slashes are canceled out by B and below rank water jutsu and destroyed(and like absorbed) by S and A rank Water jutsu.If a water jutsu B and above make contact with the blade its effect deactivates for 4 post.
Each time you use this it takes 1 C rank jutsu.

Mangetsu no Honoo (Full Moon's Flame)
Rank: S
Description: Tenraikasei glows with a bright teal flame and the user points it out in front of him and swirls the arm holding the blade in a clockwise motion. Once the motion is complete a circle of fire is standing in front of the user. The user then slashes through the circle and whispers "Scatter..." The orb shatters like glass and the pieces take the form of ashes and fly all around the foe. From then on the user can either say "Tōgoku!" and raise his blade in the direction of the foe and the ashes will form a barrier of ashes around the foe. It is like watter barrier, it cannot be broken or escaped from the inside and the user inside cannot preform jutsu to get out. It stabalizes for 5 post but the user cannot move their arm at all or the jutsu is removed. The technique most commonly used when the user is either annoyed of the captured ninja or just has gotten all he he needs from him. The user whispers " Sanpu..........Shinu" The barrier shakes for a second then sifts into three different directions, the top going left and bottom going right as the middle section stays in place. The barrier then scatters then fades. Leaving the ninja who was imprissoned wounded severely, barely able to move. If not treated they will bleed to death in 6 post. The most common technique used with this one is when the user simply utters " Oburibion no hi....Nai" The ashes rapidly ignite and cause a large explosion. This jutsu can be used in conjunction with the ashes of the comet phoenix jutsu. Each time you use this it takes an A rank jutsu, this is so because the blade was made by the fabled Konpekikaen clan.


Tenraikasai : Kakusei (Divine Flame : Awakened)

Weakness: Water jutsu(S rank strength) that make a direct hit with the user ends his form and returns the blade to a regular state. If this blade remains like this for more than 12 post, the user has teal fiery symbols all over his/her body and have absolutely no control over their body. The users free arm is in pain the entire time and if it is struck with a water jutsu it will begin to deteriorate. Water jutsu do double damage if they hit the user (meaning they raise in rank).

Description: The user reliiquenshes an S rank amount of chakra and is suddenly swept with a teal fire, that swirls around him in a gigantic tornado, scorching the earth where the user stands. The tornado then disperses and reveals the user now completely transformed with Tenraikasai's full power. The first and usually the first to be noticed is that the user gets large angelic wings of fire. The user can fly at high speeds with these wings and they enhance onces speed if they flap before they run. The user's hand that isn't holding the blade is covered in teal symbols that burn into their arm and after the swords form has subsided first degree burns in the shape of those symbols will dawn the users arm. In addition to the wings, the users sword has become more durable and is bales to either shatter into ashes(which they can ignite and trigger an explosion) or take the form of a pure konpekikaen fire. A gigantic "cloud" of fire swirls around the user the entire time he is in this form and he controls that flame with his his arm that has the teal symbols. Tenraikasai is diamond strength due to it's previous durability being reinforced steel. Tenraikasei's true form gives the user an almost inhuman control over fire..only those whose main element is fire are able to release this form of the blade.

The users fire is faster and hotter than others and develop a "hunger" for weaker fire jutsu and wind jutsu. The users fire also can melt through Hyouton ice, more quickly if the technique is lower than the one the user uses. The user often uses the veil of flames that surround them to absorb A rank and below Wind jutsu and cancel out wind jutsu of the same rank. Fire jutsu is simply gobbled up like a thanksgiving meal. In this form, the user has minimum emotion and their face is often still..at a sudden stalemate. The blade seems to have a mind of it's own and if this blade remains like this for more than 12 post, the user has teal fiery symbols all over his/her body and have absolutely no control over their body. The user of this form of Tenraikasai has techniques that can be used at the exspense of chakra but because the blade is of konpekikaen nature, they cost one rank less.

Shōdo (Scorched Earth)
Rank: A
Description: The user smashes the blade into the earth, sending a flaming shockwave that burns the earth. This technique sends anything within 10 meters of the user in all angles soaring 19 feet in the air helplessly.

Fenikkusu no Jōshō (Rising Phoenix)
Rank: A
Description: This is usually a follow up to Shōdo (Scorched Earth). The user quickly trails their opponent at an amazing speed, if one isn't fast or has no way to maneuver in the air this jutsu is usually a sure fire hit. Trailing their opponent, the user spins around the sword stretched out so as they pass they rapidly cut and burn at their foe. Flying atop the foe, the sword transforms into an spiked hammer of fire and the user smashes it down on the foe, sending them crashing to the earth.

Enjin Fune no nami (Fire blades wave of vessels)

Description: The user gently pierces the earth with the blade and in the blink of an eye hundreds of teal blades matching and durability and heat shoot from the ground, doubling in size as they progress.

Fenikkusu-ryō (Phoenix Charge)
Rank: S
Description The user's eyes light when preforming this jutsu, a deep rage is formed out of nowhere and if they have a reason to be full of rage this technique is far more powerful if it connects. The users wings flare out and in one powerful flap, the user burst forward at double their speed, their blade strung out ahead of them as they soar directly for their opponent. If the attack lands the user simply appears on the other side of the foe and the instant they break stance and large stream of blood shoots out from behind and in front of the foes torso and they fall to the ground in pain. If this jutsu is fueled by actual rage, then the user trails ashes as they dash forward and after the attack lands, the foes is surrounded by ashes, which ignite and form a powerful explosion which spreads to about 5 meters and fades.

Honoo no Hane no Amearare (Raining Blaze Feathers)

Description: The users wings flare outwards and then flap forward, shooting millions of flaming feathers at their foe. The feathers feel like kunai cutting at the skin and with the strong fire it is composed of it is capable of melting through steel.

Rp Sample: Ryugan slowly walked on the grassy prairie.The grass was up to his knee and as the wind blew the grass seemed to tremble and kneel.Ryugan grabbed the thick hilt of his Tenraikasai, and realeased it from its large leather holster.He then began to spread vertically with the blade in front of him.He then gently began to glide his hand on the back of the blade sliting his palm slightlly.The blade began to glow brightly and heated up slowly."Alright..Here it goes.."Ryugan swings his arm backward sending a gust of wind behind him. He then swung his blade forward with all his might and sent a huge fire slash torwards a Tree near-by.Upon impact the tree was sliced in half vertically.The top half of the tree caught fire before it hit the grass, causing a wildfire."....................."Ryugan stared in awe as the prarie slowly was taken over by rageing flames. Ryugan then swiped the blade toward his right . A grin spread across his face as he directed his face upward. " Iki, fukikaesu!!!" As Ryugan uttered these words a flaming tornado swirled around him and within seconds it dispersed, reveling a transformed Ryugan. " I like it.." Ryugan said as he soared in the skies, swirling about as a fire veil soared around him. Once he was at a certain point in the sky, Ryugan flapped his wings and sent flaming feathers hurling at the once beautiful plain. " Adding insult to injury I guess" Ryugan said a bit disappointed before flying off into the horizon.

Name of weapon: Jigoku Futate (Hellfire Bands)

Who owns the weapon: This was something that the head of the Konpekekaen clan would dawn upon his wrist at all times, showing his superiority to the others. The bands were forged by the Konpekikaen ancestors in a time of war, they were given' to the head so that he may shine in battle unlike the rest. Ryugan, being the new head of the clan was guided to where they resided when he proved himself worth of it when visiting the clan's temple ruins.

The Range of the weapon: N/A

Weakness: This braclet drains the body heat from the user to boost fire jutsus, due to this the user becomes ill when using it and will become colder every post by one degree, so using it past 10 posts causes the user to begin to hypervetilate and begin to freeze from the inside out, as body tempeture drops. The user must deactivate the bands fire jutsu increasing effect so that the process stops. [The max the user can use the the jutsu increasing power is 18 before the user dies from freezing on the inside] While exceeding after 10, the user slowly becomes VERY sluggish, barely able to move and by the 16 post, they can't even run.

Description:These bracelets are made to be attached to the ninja's wrist and tap directly into their fire chakra, amplifying it to a certain degree while making it so they do not require hand signs. When these braces are worn, they increase the user fire jutsu by one rank. Also, by sacrificing a just equal to the rank justu the ninja desires while wearing these braces, the wearer can summon a wall of flames (power equal to the rank of jutsu the user sacrifices) in front of them to guard them from attack. The wall is blocks all jutsu (except water) that is lower than the rank of the wall of flames. It cancels out with water jutsu one rank lower and is consumed with water jutsu equal to or higher than. While wearing these ones flames are often the color of an emotion. The user activates the braces rank increasing abilities by uttering a phrase and deactivates it by doing the same.

Description:

Tsurugi No Senjoubantai (Base)
Description: is a blade that reacts to large amounts of chakra in order to access it's two other forms. Tsurugi No Senjoubantai in it's base form is just a very durable katana, with no special. It's blade forged out of a strange black meteor rock, it's twice as durable as carbon fiber, making it useful for basic fighting in it's regular form. Ryugan often uses this form to start off but later show it's true power as the fight progresses.

Weakness
For some reason, this swords base form is ment to drain it's user of both chakra and stamina, which forces them to activate one of the other forms. Each turn the user gradually gets weaker when using the sword and in addition to this, the user must give 2 of both C dan D rank chakra each post this blade is used. By weaker, I mean that their speed,strength and overall ability to continue lowers.

爆心 - Haretsu (Explosion)

Description: This sword is very commonly used by it's users and often thought of as the most dangerous for both the user and opponent. This sword is activated when the user relinquishes an S rank jutsu amount of chakra, and adding fire to his sacrifise, the base blade begins to trans form as a bright streak of fire courses through it. This sword isn't known for it's powerful cutting ability, in fact it can barely cut through wood. This blade is known for the the powerful explosions caused by when it makes contact with an enemy or object. The explosions aren't very wide in range, they are about a yard in width and 6 feet in height but, they are extremely powerful and can send the enemy soaring if they make direct contact. The explosions are of course S rank caliber and cause every severe( 4th and 3rd degree.) burns and often break bones when multiple strikes are used.

Weakness:

This blade is very powerful and the impact of the explosions affect both the user and foe. If this blade is used in rapid succession (such as like a 6-8 slice combo) it will brutally injure the user, sending him flying in the opposite direction of the foe and break several bones. The impacts of the explosions are fierce and if one is weak and were to use the blade (AS-chuunin no matter class or training) would be immediately blown back from it's power. Jounin who possess this sword have an intermidiate control over it but, their strength slowly diminishes from use. (10 post max). Sanin who have used this sword more than six times in battle can withstand the blade to a degree. (20 post max)


Techniques
Name:Twelve Wing of the Exploding Dragon:
Element Type: Fire
Rank: SS

The user relinquishes another two S rank jutsu in order to preform this jutsu, because it calls upon the speed of the other blade, Chouonsoku. The user vanishes in a blurr of extremely quick speed and appears far behind their foe. Suddenly 12 swift and powerful explosions trigger from behind the user(the blast range is 500 meters), obliterated almost anything in it's path. This jutsu is near impossible to dodge no matter their speed, blocking would be ones best bet to survive it. After this jutsu is executed, the user falls into a deep feel of weakness, draining them of all their strength and speed for 4 post, leaving them weaker than a genin. Also, if this technique is used in the mid point of a battle(or beyond), the user falls unconscious for 4 post. The same goes for if the user uses this when near death or severely injured.


超音速 - Chouonsoku (Supersonic Speed)

Description: This is a rarely used sword and it's a surprise because of it's utter usefulness. Chouonsoku is a very unique looking blade that is very durable, it's blade is made of titanium, making extremely useful melee wise. This blade like Haretsu is summoned with the users relinquishes an S rank jutsu amount of chakra, except the user gives half of his strength into his blade, making him weaker in order for it to activate it's abilities. This sword allows the user to become extremely light, granting extreme speed and the ability to create blades of chakra for long ranged attacks. The blades speed makes it almost impossible for a human eye to follow and that's why it's known to be used on enemies without a sharingan eye.

Weakness

When using this blade the users strength is cut in half, making him alot weaker than he is. Also, when this blade is in use the user is very light and weak bodied, so physical hits do almost double damage against him. The sword can only be active for 15 post and after it's deactivation the user is almost completely winded and will need 3 post to regain his breath. Also, once this blades effect is deactivated, the users speed is cut in half for six post.

Ryugan stood there, gasping for breath as he had used one of his most powerful jutsu, he looked up at the sky, desperate for break in this battle he was surely about to lose. Ryugan had never felt so feeble in all of his existence, his attacks were utterly useless, all he did had little to no effect. All Ryugan had was enough chakra to preform 2 s rank just and his sword Haretsu was already active so...he knew what needed to be done. Ryugan suddenly began to glow, bright red chakra began to rapidly emit form his body, he raised his blade and coyly point it at his opponent, his eyes burned with the non dying desire to win, to keep on fighting...to live. He lied, bleeding almost all over, yet somehow..he continued. " Your life...Ends here..." He said shaking viciously, it would seem his body was about to give up on him but, he would do what he needed before that happened. Ryugan suddenly vanished in a blur of pure speed and suddenly he was several yards away from his opponent. "..............Farewell" He said before falling to the ground, and before he was even able to utter these words, a tremendous explosion took the silent foe by storm, engulfing him in 12 fiery explosions.

The Range of the weapon: 5ft

Weakness: Defending against any form of justu(it will dull the edges and chip away at the sword) and if hit hard enough it will shatter. This blade is considerably weak, it will not last long in sword duels unless thickned by something. This weapon is only active when the users is holding it once they sheath it or let go it goes back to being a regular sword.

Description: The sword was forged by Ryugan's ancestors and passed down from generation to generation until it reached Ryugan's father.He told Ryugan that when he was skilled enough he would pass it down to him so he could pass it down to his son.However,when the battle between the mist and the kaguya began, Ryugan's Father was slain right before his eyes.After Ryugan slew the ninja,he walked slowly toward his fathers Lifeless corpse.Ryugan looked into his fathers eyes and started to sob.At that instant Ryugan's father said"Ryugan....*cough*...take...it...the sword..I want..you to have it..*cough*..I believe someday you will become an honorable warrior*cough*..whatever you do..dont forget what happened today....Avenge us..."with that being said Ryugan's father smiled and pasted on.Ryugan Let out a bloodcurdling cry of anguish,and looked into his fathers cold dead eyes.and began to sob again.He then pryed the unsheathed sword from his fathers cold hands and lifted it in the air.He promised hiself he will one day avenge his clan.The sword was blessed by the Kaguya's highest priestest.The Blessing granted the sword the abiltiy to make its holder have the speed of the a high rank assasin.The sword blade was forged with a meateor that hit the kaguya's during a festival, it isn't made of metal but a substance with unknown abilities. The sword has three engarved symbols that translate to :Stealth,Pride,and Honor.

Rp Sample: The snowstorm horrendously raging as Ryugan continued up the jagged moutain.*Rustle*Ryugan turns his neck to the left and places his right han on the hilt of his blade as he glances at a bush to his left.*WHOOSH* Three Mist shinobi seem to fly out of the snow.Ryugan swipes out his blade and drags it on the ground as he rushes toward the shinobi leaving heavy footprints in the snow.One of the three shinobi does a front flip to the left landind in the snow with a loud thud.Before the shinobi could reach in his tool bag,Ryugan is behind him with his right hand holding his sword horizontaly toward the shinobi's throat."Beat it"Ryugan takes his sword from the shinobi's throat and delivers a forceful kick with his left foot sending the ninja flying the snow tredding snow as he slides on the ground."Anyone else wast some??"Ryugan says as he rest his blade on his shoulder and smerks."I got all Day."The three shinobi pick up their fallen comrad with one arm and leap off into the cold wilderness.

Discovered Weapon 1

Name of weapon: Ken no Fukyuu Raikou (Blade of Immortal Lightning)
Who owns the weapon: Formerly Koukotsu Kaguya
Weakness: The blade has a great weakness to the Wind Element, and the lightning abilities of the blade are rendered completely useless when a wind jutsu is involved.
Description:
Ken no Fukyuu Raikou is a longer-than man sized katana. However, the length of the blade can be changed at will, with a maximum length of ten feet, and a minimum length of two feet, giving it versatility in many areas of combat. The blade itself is forged of a non-magnetic substance, meaning that the Cloud Village's Magnetism jutsu bear no effect on the weapon. When Koukotsu wields this blade, he is able to use multiple lightning oriented attacks with the blade, including discharging bolts of lightning from the tip, releasing waves of electricity, and also generating bursts of electric power from any point on the blade, which are meant to knock a blade locked foe away with a burst of chakra. However, when this blade comes in contact with a wind jutsu, every ability it has is negated for the duration of the wind jutsu, or, if the jutsu doesn't last long, the entire next phase of combat (in my next post, I would be unable to use any of the blade's special abilities, and it would be locked at the length that it was when the wind jutsu hit it.) The blade can shorten and lengthen in an extremely short amount of time, and can be used as a useful surprise attack. At the end of the blade is an odd, glowing yellow gem. If the wielder places lightning chakra into this gem, they can control the blade without touching it, making it slash and slice much like a phantom.

Name of weapon: Masshironaryū (White Dragon of purity){真っ白な龍}
Who owns the weapon: Rizo Prochainezo
Weakness: Requires equal chakra to attack used against the blade in order for its ability to be fully effect. Ability only works on Elemental Techniques. Due to the complex method in creation, the blade is considered heavy for its size, making it difficult to get accustomed to.
Description:
The Masshironaryū (White Dragon of purity) was created long ago by a Highly skilled Fuunjutsu using weapon master. Making use of his high skill in sealing and forgery, he was able to create the blade, in which the chakra of a person can flow freely through as if it were his own body, meaning that it puts less strain on the user, as the blade feels more like an extension of the users arm than it does a heavy metal blade. Due to the chakra running through the blade, it allows the user to 'cut' elemental attacks, splitting them into two. But due to the strain this takes on the blade, an equal amount of chakra must be used to cut the attack as was put into the attack. Due to how the blade was forged (Using special sealing techniques and such), the user can quickly and effortlessly flow his elemental chakra into the blade, and can mold the chakra through the sword, in order to enhance the attack power or speed of his strikes. The sword got it's name for as it glows a white aura as the user slices elements. White, being the color of "purity" the sword took on the name because of it's ancient folklore dragon head at it's hilt. The blade is supposedly a symbol of "Pureness" at it's finest, able to cast aside elemental based attacks with "pure" chakra of the user, de-spelling the jutsu it comes in contact with.
If chunin lvl fireball is fired at user, user must exert 1 chunin jutsu in order to cut the fireball in half.

Where it was found/Who made it: It was said to have been made by ancestors of the extinct Konpekikaen. This was hardly used as it's thought to be a burden among it's user

The Range of the weapon: None (Covers entire left arm.)
Weakness: For starters, only one who's main element is Fire can use or possess this weapon, if anyone who's main element is not fire attempts to wield this weapon, the arm armor slowly burns through skin causing extreme pain (by 3 post the arm is incenerated). After ten post of use an S rank jutsu must be surrendered towards the weapons infinite lust. During the post when relinquishing a jutsu, the weapon begins to constrict the are, tighter and tighter each post and by post 10 (after the original ten) the users arm just falls off. Also any water jutsu directed at the user when using this weapon is increase by one rank and when hit they do a lot of damage to the user. The user cannot use any other element jutsu when this weapon is in effect. This weapon also decreases the users speed slightly when in use. If one were to use a chakra disrupting tech on the back of the shoulder where the armor is on, it will do double damage. Also a slight strain is put on the users arm after deactivation and it is numb for 2 post.
Description: This weapon is said to be cursed with a dozen weakness..it is often used in despriation. This weapon is easily concealed but, it is either out in the open or hidden in a pouch. To start off the original sate of this weapon is a long thread of beads, each bead with mystic symbols engraved on them. The user has to wrap the beads on the arm of their choosing. They do not benefit the user in their regular form, they just are an accessory. Though once the phrase is uttered, the beads glow with an unholy teal light and in a flash or flickering flames the users arm is transformed into a unique glowing armor. The users arm is draped in a fiery non-metallic armor that is denser that reinforced steel and if a direct hit is made with this weapon, severe burns are caused to the area were it struck. The users arm is a bit heavy though, so the user will not move as fast as he usually does and of course the speed decrease is obvious to those of great speed. The users Charkra flows through this weapon, so it takes on the color of their chakra (Ryugan's is teal). Charka is consistantly pumped out and fire usually shoots out from time to time as a wing on the side where the armor is. (cannot fly with wing) When using this weapon the users fire element jutsu are boosted by one rank as well as lowered in cost by one rank. This weapon makes it easier on the ninja to use fire jutsu as well as give them access to many jutsu only usable when the armor is active. The user can only use the armor without it's severe slow binding for ten post and after which it begins to feast on the users chakra while slowly constricting their arm. The pain increase each post after the original ten and after another ten is me the armor swallows the users arm whole. The armor is also unique because it gives the user a divine control of fire, a advancement known as Neton (combustion). It is a invisible( it just in the apperance of wind..think that guy off avatar with the eye on his forehead) force that is usually thought to be wind but as it makes contact an explosion of powerful flames ensue.


Techniques:

Blazing Fist Projectile -The user throws a straight punch with their armored hand and a large wind looking projection of a fist soars toward the foe and if contact is aimed a medium sized explosion ensues.

The sun shone brightly over the serene grassy plain, which wind silently glided across causing the to grass blades to tremble at it's might. "Byakugan sees all" Ryugan said as his eyes glared coldly at near by oak tree, Ryugan could sense a ninja near-by and decided to stand still in the middle of the plain, waiting on the ninja to make the first move. "YOU STUPID FOOL, I'LL SHOW YA THAT YOU SHOULDN'T TALK SO DAMN MUCH!!!" The rougue ninja cried out as he lept from behind the tree Ryugan was glaring at. The ninja spat as he yelled this and ran towards Ryugan with a kunai in his left hand, pointing straight at Ryugan's neck.When the ninja got within two feet of Ryugan, he began slashing horizontaly rapidly, with only the thought of harming Ryugan in mind. Ryugan simply hopped backwards everytime the ninja swung his kunai his way, making the ninja cut at air foolishly. "YOU THINK YOUR HOT s**t DONT YA!!!!" The ninja yelled as he thrusted his arm, making the kunai head straight for Ryugan's stomach. "Enough of this" Ryugan uttered seeming to be annoyed by the ninja's feeble attempts to harm him. Ryugan then quickly lashed his left arm out, slapping the kunai from the ninja's hand. "I've had enough of your games.." Ryugan lept back and uttered " Neton, Tenrai Naen" Suddenly the beads on his left arm began to glow and the win began to swirl around his arm, flaring his hair and garb all around. The ninja took out a white katana and pointed it at Ryugan. " I don't know what the he'll your doing but your life ends today.." The ninja made it so the light reflected off the blade and blinded Ryugan. Ryugan blinked and his left arm was suddenly set a flame and once the flames died out a unique armor now dawned his arm. The ninja, still not phased, ran it at full speed and attempted to slice Ryugan, who quickly blocked with his armored arm. The ninja smiled, he had noticed Ryugan's decrease in speed and was quick to take advantage, lunging his right foot extremely quickly at Ryugan's jaw, sending him straight for the skies. Ryugan flipped mid air and spit blood from his mouth and landed sloppily on the ground " Lucky shot.." The ninja didn't bother to reply he simply ran toward Ryugan at a increasing speed. Ryugan could see the ninja was coming in fast, he had to react quickly but he knew his appendage wouldn't aid, he would have to trick the ninja up. Ryugan would jump back just in time, sending a bone spike soaring upward to trip the ninja up, leaving him open. " No perish!!!!" Ryugan said as he punched the ninja as hard as he could in his temple, sending him soaring leftward about 20 yards before crashing into a tree, which stopped his moving.
Ryugan then disbanded the armor. " Gaugh..damn it" Ryugan said, his right arm holding on his left bicep. Ryugan then ran out of the area, the sun setting behind him.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone Technique)
Description: Creates one or multiple identical copies of the original out of water. More similar to Kage Bunshin then a regular Bunshin, water clones are capable of attacking, except each clone is roughly 1/10 the power of the original. The water clone can perform one jutsu that the user also knows once. It must be a water elemental jutsu. One solid hit will destroy the clone.

Mizu Soujuu (Water Manipulation)
Description: Any Mist Shinobi that uses ninjutsu should likely have this technique. This involves learning basic manipulation of the properties of water. Boiling, freezing, and pressurization of water are included in these studies. Freezing is mostly limited to small amounts of water, and boiling includes the creation of steam by further putting chakra into the water. The user cannot perform these tasks on larger bodies of water with this basic study alone. Furthermore, by learning to draw water from the moisture in the air, the shinobi can use water techniques without requiring a source of water nearby (unless stated otherwise.) A Kage level jutsu always requires a water source, even if the Mist-nin in question creates it first.

Suiton: Mizu Shuriken no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Shuriken Technique)
Description: Through the use of water manipulation, the user can create multiple small shuriken comprised of water and launch them towards the target. After hitting and/or cutting a solid surface, they revert to water. It is important to note that these shuriken can be physically launched (by hand) or launched as they are created.

Mizu no Yaiba (Water Sword)
Description: Creates a sharp sword made of solid water in the user’s hand. As the user's control improves, he can manipulate the shape and size he/she wants the sword to have, from a tiny dagger to a massive decapitator sword. At the minimum requirements, the sword has minimal offensive power, able to make slight cuts and tears in the flesh of an opponent, and susceptible to high pressure (an opponent breaking the blade with a weapon of his own) and fire attacks.
Academy Level: The sword can be up to the size of a wakizashi, and is fragile, breaking under the pressure of weapon strikes against it and low level fire ninjutsu.
Genin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a katana, and is now as strong as a normal, metal blade. Strong Fire Ninjutsu can still destroy the blade, however.
Chuunin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a nodachi, and now cuts with the edge of a finely crafted blade. It can no longer be destroyed by any genin level fire ninjutsu and using it as a defensive sweep can negate academy level Fire ninjutsu.
Jounin Level: The sword can be up to the size of a cleaver, and is now incredibly durable and lethal. Advanced Chuunin level fire Ninjutsu is required to harm the blade, and defensively the blade can disperse up to genin level fire techniques.

Mizutamari no Jutsu (Water Puddle Technique)
Description: By altering personal body shape, the user can melt into a puddle of water on the ground. This allows the user to hide and set up an ambush, or lose inexperienced trackers.

Kinjutsu: Hada Shihai (Forbidden Release: Body Control)
Desctription: Because of the ability to control and mainpulate water, and because the human body is mostly made of water, this technique can be used. This jutsu allows the user to control the water within a living being's body, thus controling their actions. Becuause the water in a body is not connected to the willpower or strength of a person, this power is dominate and can be broken; however difficult, making this a very deadly justu.

Suiton: Daibakufu no Jutsu (Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique)
Description: A Jutsu which creates a huge cyclone turned on its side, which is sent toward the opponent or group of opponents. This Jutsu can only be done when in or near a body of water (or with the mastery of Mizu Soujuu,) and is devastatingly powerful, both in the force with which it strikes and with it's tendency to catch people and objects and slam them into other object. It can easily rip large trees and masses of rock from the Earth.

Suiton: Suiryuudan no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Dragon Blast Technique)
Description: A powerful attack that creates a huge current of water in the shape of a dragon, which is then sent towards the opponent. Essentially a devastating single target attack, few are the shinobi who can suffer a hit from this technique and continue to fight.

Suiton: Suikoudan no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Shark Blast Technique)
Description: A powerful attack that requires its target to be on or near the water, this technique creates a large shark comprised of water that can be used to attack in one of two ways. Primarily, the shark is sent towards the opponent at a charge, attempting to strike the opponent with extreme bashing force as well as trying to rend him with its teeth. The second, more devious use involves the shark attempting to swallow the opponent. In this case, the shark is hidden under the water until it attacks. If it manages to swallow an opponent, he is trapped within a sphere of water as the shark itself dissolves. After an attack, successful or not, the sphere vanishes.

Suiton: Suigadan (Water Release: Water Fang Bullet)
Description: This jutsu creates a circle of crushing water spikes around the opponent. It is very difficult to evade, however it will also require a sufficient water source nearby the target, preferably right below it.

Suiton: Suihou no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Cannon Technique)
Description: A move that lets the user spit a powerful beam of boiling water, strong enough to cut through wood and hot enough to scald flesh. Eventually, it becomes powerful enough to carve through stone.

Doiru Suiyari no Jutsu (Drilling Water Spears)
Description: Used when the enemy is standing on top of water to surprise attack them (though a Mist Shinobi with Mizu Soujuu and enough power and control can use this technique without the water.) Large sharp drill shaped spears made of water comes forth out from the water around the enemy and attacks. Alternatively, this can be used as a powerful defense, causing the water drills to intercept attacks and either nullify them (in the case of elemental techniques) or deflect them high (in the case of projectiles and weaker taijutsu attacks).

Suiton: Baku Suishouha (Bursting Water Collision Waves)
The user spits out a great volume of water from their mouth, swallowing up and crushing the enemy with the advancing surge. The user can ride the wave, allowing them to move at high speed, and attack the enemy, now swept off their feet, without fear of counter-attacks. The amount of water created is proportional to the amount of chakra used; when used with Kisame's enormous chakra, even a dry wasteland can become a small ocean. Afterward, the excess water can be used for additional water release jutsu.

Suiton: Dai Bakusui Shōha (Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave)
A stronger version of the Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave.The user makes handsigns and begins gathering chakra within the stomache and mouth. The user will then spew the water out of their mouth all at once filling up an entire area and forming in a dome shape on top of the earth 3 miles in radius. The user is able to swim in this dome at incredible speeds though the center of the dome stays on them causing the large mass of water to follow the user as they swim. This dome is hard to escape from since the user can usually swim faster then the opponent.

Daikoudan no Jutsu (Great Shark Missile Technique)
A stronger version of the Water Release: Water Shark Missile Technique, which creates a gigantic shark, far larger than the user, to attack the opponent. This technique differs from its parent jutsu in that it is able to absorb the chakra from an opponent's technique, and in turn, use that chakra to grow larger and more powerful. This means that the more powerful his opponent is, the larger and more powerful Daikoudan will be when it impacts.



Kinobori no Jutsu (Tree Walking Technique)/Kabenobori no Jutsu (Wall Walking Technique)
Description: By focusing chakra into the feet and keeping it balanced, the user can walk up against vertical objects and cling to its surface.

Suimen Hokou no Gyou (The Art of Water Walking)
Prerequisites: Kinobori no Jutsu
Description: A technique that enables the user to walk on the surface of water by concentrating chakra into the feet. It is also used for training; it allows an individual to learn how to control the release of chakra.

Kage Bunshin No Jutsu (Shadow Clone Technique)
Description: A forbidden jutsu that creates clones - which are not just plain illusions (like the normal Bunshin no Jutsu). Each clone is an exact replica of the user, capable of attacking. A direct hit causes the clone to disappear. Chakra is divided evenly between every clone and the original, so creating three clones would leave the user with one-fourth of his remaining chakra. These kage bunshin are also capable of using any jutsu the original shinobi knows (except Kuchiyose and bunshin jutsu), and each kage bunshin may use one jutsu.

Rasengan (Spiraling Sphere)
Description: Developed by Yondaime Hokage and later adopted by Uzumaki Naruto as one of his signature techniques, Rasengan forms a spiral sphere of compact chakra in the palm of the user’s hand. It does not look like much, but it packs a tremendously uber punch, capable of blowing out holes in metal and blasting enemies through most surfaces, whether they be walls, ceilings, or rocks. In addition to the severe knockback power this possesses, the Rasengan is capable of dealing internal damage, making it a very valuable jutsu.

Chidori (Thousand Birds)
Description: The only original technique of Konoha’s legendary Hatake Kakashi, the user focuses an enormous amount of chakra into one hand, so much that it becomes visible and emits a chirping noise like the sound of a thousand birds. The shinobi runs towards his enemy and thrusts quickly to cut through him, and the jutsu is indeed so powerful that it is rumored to be able to halve even a lightning bolt. However, because the user is moving so fast to attack, he is unable to detect any counterattacks executed by the enemy, so it is ideal to use Chidori in tandem with another technique that can alert the user to counters, such as a doujutsu.

Name of Jutsu: Ultimate Finger flick technique
Description:
this jutsu can be seen as a basic finger flick to most shinobi. but by using incredible strength the user can smash a building sized boulder with just a flick of the finger. this jutsu is mostly used to show a gennin how strong they can get if they train hard but if used in a fight this attack can be quite deadly. The user doesn't need to make any hand signs but by focusing their strength into their finger they may be able to fling their opponent very far away or just use the technique to mess with the opponent. the most a chuunin could fling a opponent is a good 50 yards away. but the estimated length for a jounin is 200-300 yards and Kage is as far as they like. this technique does call for serious weight training and even mental training so that the person can focus their strength.

Chidori Nagashi(One Thousand Birds Current)
Prerquistisites: Chidori(One Thousand Birds)
Description: A variation on a regular One Thousand Birds developed by Sasuke during his two-and-a-half year training with Orochimaru, this jutsu allows the user to cover himself in electricity, instead of just concentrating it in his hand. The electricity can be channeled anywhere, allowing the user to enhance his attacks with it. Because it is channeled throughout his entire body and not concentrated, the electricity will only cause temporary paralysis instead of killing an opponent. While this is not a problem in one-on-one battles, it does allow others to save their comrade if Sasuke is outnumbered. the user can also channel the electricity through a sword that they have, increasing its overall strength and cutting power.

Name of Jutsu: Arial dodge
Description: This is a very basic in air manuver. after focusing chakra into their feet in mid air the user will suddenly release it and spin off to one side 5ft (10 for genin, 15 for Chuunin, 20 for Jounin) which allows them to dodge an attack in mid air. this technique can be extremely useful when up against straight forward techniques such as the Great Fire Ball and Water Dragon jutsu's.

Sai Sen no Jutsu (Rewire Technique)
Description: Making physical contact with an enemy shinobi the Cloud-Nin shoves Static Strings into his opponent and himself, by hotwiring the electrical impulses of the target's brain he disables the target and assumes control of the opponent's body. While in this state the shinobi can only control the target body and has little control over his own body which will remain standing in place. Major problems with this technique is that by severing the strings you break the connection between the target and the Cloud-nin, also the maximum range the controlled body can move from the original body is 50 feet, otherwise the strings will break.

Jutsu's Element: Raiton
Description: The jutsu is just like it's name. A fairly simple, yet new technique. The user makes twenty consecutive seals ending with bird. At the end of the seal session of the jutsu, the user emits glowing chakra. It creates an aura around their body for one whole post (3 sentences long). The glowing aura then disperses from the body, and turns into what would look like Fire Flies. These little fire flies are actually small balls, about a half inch in circumfrence, and made of pure Raiton Chakra. Once the bugs surround a certain area or abject, the ten thousand fire flies will explode once the bird seal is released. The send out an exposion of lightning about a half meter in diameter electrocuting anything and everything in their path of destruction.

Dendou Enmu no Jutsu (Electric Fog Technique)
Description: A two part technique that can cover a large amount of area or hit one person specificaly, first performing a few hand seals the shinobi blankets the area in a natural, cloudy fog ending his first post. The fog in itself is not very thick, one could essentially see through it and very much fight as if they were not in fog at all. However once this fog has been summoned the Cloud-Nin, now on his next post, is able to fire at one target or a number of targets indirectly by sending an electrical current through the droplets of condensed water that composes this fog esentially creating a series of small, but powerful, electrical shocks and as such vaporizing the fog. These shocks esentially can cause physical debilitation and at worse unconciousness.
Note: The first part of this technique can be essentially avoided if fog exists in the immediate vicinity or Kirigakure no Jutsu (by way of ninjutusu) has been used. However by performing this technique by such methods will cause the essential water vapors to disappear. If done by method of Kirigakure no Jutsu, the technique still occurrs and the mist is still very debilitating but it is unable to maintain the charge for the jutsu to be used via the Kirigakure again, and as such, fog must be created for the user to perform the jutsu again.

Raiton: Yaiba no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Blade Technique)
Description: This skill allows the user to charge chakra in the form of electricity in the palm. Then, the chakra eventually works up to the fingers, where a blade of electricity is formed between the index and middle finger. The blade is very thin, and depending on the user's chakra, anywhere from 8 inches to a foot long. It is around 2 to 3 inches wide, and it lacks a hilt. The blade is held between the fingers, but as soon as it is let go, the blade vanishes into thin air. The strength of this blade isn't as strong as a normal blade, as it is nowhere as dense or as heavy. But because the blade is very thin, it is capable of doing some major damage, if used properly. However, this blade can also hurt the user, anywhere except for the fingers where the blade is held.

HYUGAN CLAN JUTSU

Hakke Rokujuuyonshou (Eight Divination Signs, Sixty-Four Palms of the Hand)
Description: Hakke Rokujuuyonshou is a Taijutsu technique unique to the Hyuuga bloodline. Hakke Rokujuuyonshou is a special technique passed down through the main family line. When an opponent is within the clan members divination field of attack, they can quickly begin their assault. The technique allows the clan member to use the Byakugan eye to see the inner chakra coils system. Using the Jyuuken style, they can force their chakra through their hands into the tenketsu of the opponent's body through 126 strikes. First the clan member will strike 2 times, then 4, 8, 16, 32 and finally 64. This damage forceably closes 64 tenketsu, stopping the chakra flow of the opponent. This then limits their opponents ability to use jutsu.

Hakkeshou Kaiten (Eight Divination Palms of the Hand, Heavenly Spin)
Description: Hakkeshou Kaiten is a Taijutsu technique unique to the Hyuuga bloodline using the Jyuuken. Kaiten is a special technique passed down through the main family line. Kaiten takes advantage of several of the unique abilities of the Byakugan eye. Byakugan gives the clan member an almost complete 360 degree view of their surroundings. This allows the member to see all angles of attack.

If an attack is near, the clan member will release a large of amount of chakra from their tenketsu. The member then begins to spin like a top, creating a whirling vortex that can nullify almost any attack.

Hakke Hyakunijuuhachishou (Eight Divination Signs, One-Hundred and Twenty-Eight Palms of the Hand)
Description: Hakke Hyakunijuuhachishou is a Taijutsu technique unique to the Hyuuga bloodline. Hakke Hyakunijuuhachishou is a variation of Hakke Rokujuuyonshou, a technique passed down through the main family line. When an opponent is within the clan members divination field of attack, they can quickly begin their assault. The technique allows the clan member to use the Byakugan eye to make nearly double the normal 126 strikes, striking 254 times against their individual foe or opponents. First the clan member will strike 2 times, then 4, 8, 16, 32, 64 and finally 128 times.

INUZUKA CLAN JUTSU

Dainamikku Maakingu (Dynamic Marking)
Description: When their canine partners release a stream of urine on their target, the clan member can use their excellent sense of smell to locate their target no matter where they are. The urine itself is more dangerous than normal urine, because of its burning and strong sticky qualities.

This technique is mainly used as a set up for the Soutourou technique. When the clan member and canine familiar are spinning at such high speeds they are unable to see where they are going, but by using their nose they are able to locate their target with little trouble.

Bakuretsu Koinu (Exploding Puppy)
Description: Resembling themselves, the Inuzaka familiar replacement is actually a booby trap. Once an enemy is lured in thinking the puppy is injured, the replacement dog will explode and launch a hail of kunai in every direction.

Gatsuuga (Dual Piercing Fang)
Description: Gatsuuga is a supreme Taijutsu technique of the Juujin Bunshin style of combat. After the familiar transforms into a copy of the clan member, both the familiar and ninja will begin a spinning attack. The preferred time to attack is when their opponent is showing an opening. Using this chance the fast rotating of the two attackers will cause a damaging impact on their opponent when they connect with their claws. While using this technique, both attackers are able to rotate and strike from multiple angles.

Juujin Bunshin (Beast-Man Clone)
Description: First the clan member and the familiar may ingest a soldier pill to help their strength and stamina. Then, acting in conjunction with the clan member, the canine familiar will transform themselves into a copy of the clan member. While in this form they can accomplish many of the same techniques as the original.

Shikyaku no Jutsu (Four-Legged Technique)
Description: After forming the needed hand seals, chakra begins to emit from the body of the clan member and they take on a more canine-like appearance. These body changes give them increased speed and agility.

Tsuuga (Piercing Fang)
Description: Tsuuga is a variation of Gatsuuga, a Taijutsu technique of the Juujin Bunshin style of combat. This version will just involve one individual clan member utilizing the spinning attack. The fast rotation will cause a damaging impact on their opponent or an nearby object when they connect with their claws. While using this technique, the ninja can rotate and strike from multiple angles.

Inuzuka Ryuu Chinjuu Konbi Henge: Soutou Rou (Inuzuka Style Rare Beast Transformation: Double-Headed Wolf)
Description: This unique Konbi Henge is used by the clan member and their familiar, transforming them into a large mystical double headed-wolf. In this form the clan members can utilize the Garouga taijutsu technique.

Garouga (Dual Wolf Fang)
Description: The technique is a super-spin and it uses up a massive amount of chakra, rendering the ninja and his dog almost helpless should the technique fail. The clan member familiar will first mark their target with the Dainamikku Maakingu technique. Then by using Inuzuka Ryuu Chinjuu Konbi Henge, the clan member and his partner will transform into the Soutou Rou, "Two-Headed Wolf." This huge beast has several advantages, the saliva it emits will make it difficult for their opponent to find footing in the surrounding area. The large size of the beast also causes large amounts of penetrating damage when it begins its spin. Unfortunately they spin so fast they are unable to keep track of their vision. So they must entirely rely on their nose and the urine marking. If Garouga connects with the target, the opponent is ripped to pieces. Also even if they do not connect directly, the surrounding shock waves will slice into the enemy.

Weakness:Consumes chakra every time it is used. The gauntlet must also cool down every four "shouts" for risk of overheating and shattering along with severely damaging the user's arm. Takes time to "reload".
Description: Brazo Izquierda del Diablo is a spiked gauntlet. The gauntlet has a total of sixteen spikes. Each spike reaches three inches in height and stores chakra from Velox. The spikes represent the total amount of "shots" The user can use with del Diablo. The "shots" is the gauntlets main ability. Using the chakra stored within the spikes the gauntlet can fire off sixteen massive lightning bolts. These bolts are highly dangerous and take plenty of chakra to use. The bolts are no bigger than a basketball when fired. The bolts are so hot and electrically charged anything with a five foot radius of the ball like bolt will be severely electrocuted and receives first degree burns. Anything within a two foot radius would be burned beyond the third degree and be lit upon fire due to the high temperature of the bolt. If the bolt hits the target it will incinerate the part of the target which it had struck. Every four shots del Diablo must cool down for risk of breaking(Cool down time is two posts). This, however, is only the main feature of the gauntlet. The gauntlet always has electricity running through it. The any human that comes in contact with the gauntlet, besides the wielder, will be shocked. The degree of the shock is so high it immobilizes the limb that touch the gauntlet for a short while(one post). Of course every time del Diablo is used it consumes chakra(-1 CP every time someone is simply shocked. -3 CP every time del Diablo is fired). Del Diablo must "reload" after completely firing all sixteen shots. The "reload" time is quite long and renders del Diablo useless for it reverts back to a normal gauntlet, no shocks or "shots".

Samehada

Description: Samehada, a large unique sword of comparable size to Zabuza Momochi's Decapitating Carving Knife and wielded by Kisame Hoshigaki, one of the Mist 7 and an akatsuki member. Unlike a regular sword, Samehada is covered in large scales that shave instead of cut, much like a shark's skin (hence the name). It also has the ability to absorb any chakra around it, allowing Kisame to literally cut through his opponent's chakra. This sword seems to have a mind of it's own for the more chakra it absorbs the larger it becomes. After it absorbs enough chakra a mouth will form on the tip and the sword will begin to vibrate and make a zipping sound for it becomes excited and wants more of the chakra. The chakra it absorbs can then be used by the wielder for later use in combat. Samehada is also a sentient weapon and only allowed Kisame to wield it while he was alive. In the words of Kisame, "It acknowledges only me." When Might Guy attempted to hold Samehada and use it against Kisame, it responded with a flurry of spikes protruding from its handle and found its way back to Kisame. This weapon is also highly sought after by Team Hawk member Suigetsu Hozuki, and is stated to be the sole reason Suigetsu joined Sasuke in his hunt for Itachi Uchiha. Suigetsu believes that he will be able to wield Samehada if he kills Kisame, but it is unknown if this is actually true.

Weakness: Can be damaged and hurt though only by being submerged in powerful lava or frozen in immense temperatures. Due to it's size it is hard to swing and not very swift, it may only absorb chakra when it comes in contact with chakra. (i.e. Cannot hit someone's sword and absorb chakra out of there body))

Fusing With Samehada:

Description: When the sword has absorbed 1 S-rank jutsu and 1 chunin amount of chakra and the user is in dire need the blade will wrap around the users arm and begin fusing itself with the user. When the fusing is finally complete the user will look like a totally different being. A human shark. This gives the user gills and the ability to breathe underwater and swim incredibly fast under water. The same ability of absorbing chakra is still active in this state, any contact the opponent makes with the users body will have their chakra absorbed.

*Fusion takes a chunin amount of chakra, jutsu S-rank. Both get taken from the sword. Maintaining fusion takes 1 genin jutsu per post. Maintaining jutsu takes chunin jutsu per post. If the user does not have enough to maintain either of them then they will have to rely on their own chakra to maintain them. User may perform both techniques with their own chakra alone but it will take however much it costs*
