Description:
The user covers their arms or legs in fire chakra similar to the element skin technique, but only those parts of their body. They only use 10% of their chakra so only those parts transform. This makes their arms or legs near impervious to damage, and allows them to stretch them and punch like a fire jutsu. However if water touches their arms in this state(even if the fire is hot enough to evaporate it) their arms or legs will be badly injured when they end the technique, to the point that they can barely move them until they are healed. the strength of the jutsu is equal to one rank above the users current rank, to a maximum of S by rank. While in this state the user must be especially careful in blocking. With only their arms affected if the user tries to use their arms to block a weapon it will travel through and hit their body if it is not affected by fire. The fire is just normal burn fire, and does not melt metal, so weapons can be dangerous. While using taijutsu styles the users attacks will burn, but will have one rank less physical impact, so they will be less effective if the taet is resistant to fire. The user can only transform their legs or their arms.

It also pushes what it hits away with force. The kick version has no knockback, but pushes you foreword and hits with a flaming blast curled around your leg.

Description:
the user forms a small dragon-like form of oil. The oil is colored purple because of toxins inside of it. Oil poison drips from the drakes mouth and wings like it is slowly melting. The drake is then made to fly at the opponent and splash over them. Its poison doesnt hurt them itself, but it causes blurred vision and increases damage from fire by one rank for 3 posts. This does not increase the rank of your fire jutsu. If youre fire jutsu are blocked before they hit the opponent then nothing special happens, but the oil poison will set fire if they are hit increasing the damage by one rank(so if they would get 1st degree they get 2nd so on.) The poison ends early if they are hit, as it burns up after one use.

Description: The iron sand user causes their sand to spin against itself at high speeds creating a screech that deafens all who hear it, including the user. They may pay another jounin chakra on the next post to increase the noise to unbearable levels, causing it to blind everyone it is deafening as well. The sound vibrates their eye chords making them unable to focus.

The user releases a large pulse of healing chakra from their heart when it beats. The blast looks like a blue sphere that travels out through the thread that the user is in. The pulse Causes positive timed effects to last twice as long as normal for everyone it hits (such as lightning armor, if it had to be paid every two posts it would be once every two posts.) Unfourtunately it also halves the posts left on poison countdowns, or lowers them by 2 whichever lowers them less (so if you have a 10 post poison it would go to 8 not 5) It does not affect the user.

Description:

The user turns their tattoos into arrows with triangles for tips that for some reason are called snakes. The arrows arent all that strong and hardly break through wood, but there are 15 of them and each rank increases the amount by 15, so they can possibly overwhelm a target. Thats really all there is too it.

The user pulls a stack of sealing tags from seemingly no where and touches them against something. The tags then form into a short sword roughly 3 feet in length. The blade will be able to cut whatever a blade made of the thing it touched could cut through. It can also fire a blast similar to the uchiha fireball jutsu for an extra jounin cost and always at jounin power.

Description:

The user waggles their fingers and produces a rainbow shield of force that sparkles and flashes in 7 wondrous colors. Each color has a different effect that randomly appear to block an effect. random # 1-7 to decide which color is hit. The wall can appear a minimum of 4 feet away from you, and a maximum of 10. The wall cannot be created on top of someone. Each wall is 15x15 feet.

1. Red: makes a fire wall that burns what it hits. It pushes outwards with its flames and knocks away minor attacks. Anyone can push through it, but they would suffer 2nd degree burns. Ice and water of chuunin+ totally negate the wall and are not even weakened by it.

2. Orange: acid barrier quickly decays organic matter passing through. It will severely burn skin that tries to pass through it, causing it to melt down to the muscle. wood will become soft. It is negated by any wind or fire jutsu of chuunin+ rank, and water/earth jutsu can travel through it with no harm.

3. Yellow: Electric barrier burns all acid and poison that passes through it along with causing shocks to opponents it touches. The shocks are minor unless the person attempts to run through the wall with no protection. In which case they will be stunned for 1 post. The wall is negated by earth jutsu of special jounin+ rank.

4. Green: Thick poison wall stops non jutsu ranged attacks(shuriken, arrows, natural breath attacks.) If the poison wall is run through it coats the victim causing blurry vision and stomach cramps. after 10 posts the user will become unable to move their legs. The wall is negated by fire jutsu of its rank.

5. Blue: Imaginary wall blocks all incoming genjutsu. The wall only stops genjutsu that target the user. Passing through the wall does not remove current genjutsu, and anything else can pass through with no issue what so ever, unless that thing is imaginary. then its a wall. The wall is negated by universal ranged attack ninjutsu of any rank.

6. Indigo: AT field blocks all physical attacks up to its rank not including boosts. Anyone casting a jutsu that hits the barrier is hit by a genjutsu that forces them to be afraid of the user, and fear the things they do. This genjutsu can be pretty obvious, but they still have to take however slight the time to disable it. The AT field can be negated by any genjutsu above gennin rank, any light jutsu of S rank, or it will break if hit by a jutsu bigger than it.

7. Violet: Destruction hands wall does destruction hands on things that touch it. Solid things will be destroyed, non solid things are unaffected. the wall is negated by any healing that can affect it. This includes someone with a healing factor sticking a hand in it(or body sacrifice sensor).

1. Fire lash: Lashes out with fire, burning people it hits them. The burns are about 2nd degree.

2. Acid lash. The acid lash, unlike the wall, is a nonorganic acid that melts cloth and metal like butter.

3. Thunder lash. The thunder lash shoots a sonic blast that deafens people in front of the user, and explodes rocks in the same path. Deafness lasts 2 posts

4. Poison lash. Poison lash creates a poof of paralytic poison that paralyzes the opponents fingers. only the fingers, though, and it never gets any worse. lasting for 2 posts.

5. force lash. Creates a non elemental whip that hits with the force of the users punch. The whip lasts for one hit before disappearing.

6. counter lash. Counter lash will negate projectile, or shield jutsu of lower than S rank it hits, not including boosts. It can only negate one jutsu even if it hits multiple jutsu at the same time.

7. Destruction lash. Casts destruction hands on what it hits. only hits one thing. if more than one is hit you must choose what is affected.

Description: The user does some seals and then wiggles their fingers at the target. This jutsu causes their immune system to activate as if they had a cold. They will sweat, their sense of smell will be lessened, and their speed will be lessened by half a rank from fatigue. This jutsu acts like a poison, but without the actual poisoning. It does not stack with other poisons that cause slowness. The cost must be payed every post to maintain the jutsu. After the jutsu is no longer in effect all of the symptoms instantly dissapear.

Name: Suna no Fukuhon (Sand Copy)
Warning: Jutsus has been narrowed down to two scrolls, one owned by wings of the gods(sunso joukai), the other By Katsuro Hitokage No other scrolls of this jutsu exist.
Description: With this technique a user actually creates a duplicate that is in everyway identical to them. There is no way to tell them apart. The reason for this is because the user has literally split themselves in to two parts and used sand to reconstruct half of their body. The advantage of this technique is that the user has essentially become two people under the control of one mind but the downside is that if either one is harmed then the damage occurs to both bodies. Another downside to this technique is that it divides the chakra between the two bodies evenly and as a result each body only has half the normal amount of chakra. Once too much damage is received, two halves of the user will merge again.

Description:

This is a very odd sealing jutsu designed to make both fighters more equal. It requires a two post charge before being used. After that 2 posts a brush of wind will travel through the thread gracing both fighters. After the wind brushes them both fighters will go blind. They will be blind in vision as well as sensory abilities. Anything, Including angels and demons, that comes from them cannot be tracked or track other things. The only way to track anything would be too track the jutsu that the person uses. However this is unreliable unless the opponent is either guzzling chakra like a whore, or is constantly manipulating something. Even then only if you have something that specifically senses chakra. On the next post both fighters will go completely deaf. They will be unable to hear anything. Their angel/demons will not be able to help them unless they have achieved unity or divinity. Sound jutsu used by or on either of the users will be reduced by one rank if it can be applied with neither person being able to hear it. Finally three posts later both fighters will become mute. Unable to speak to anyone and unable to have their thoughts read. All jutsu will have a 20% chance to fail and natural manipulation will have the same chance to cease for one post for all affected fighters.

Description:
This jutsu is another of the ultimate silly jutsu. The user generates very thick jelly like tar in the shape of a small chubby child about 3 feet tall. This child wears a smile on its face that appears to contain the perpetual evil of all the 7 pits of hell. The things insides are formed of liquid oil of various thicknesses that heat up to 1000 degrees celsius over a period of four posts. Without water to cool it down the tar baby will explode in a violent flaming explosion in the shape of a flaming skull after the fourth post. The Tar baby travels at ss rank speed, and upon contact with an opponent whether they attack it or it them, it will stick to them with much suction and force. Only one tar baby can exist at a time, and while it exists the users physical strength and movement speed will be reduced by a rank. Water jutsu will not cancel the jutsu, but will make the suction force slip off, and allow the water person to slip out. Cool liquid or ice jutsu will also halt the increasing temperature for that post.

Description: The aburame user creates a giant sphere of bugs that floats a few feet off the ground. The sphere can use one bug jutsu per post that is under s rank. The jutsu costs chakra because it is added to give the bugs rapid mating capabilities. Each bug can produce 50 more in a few seconds. If the bugs are destroyed and even one is left the sphere will regenerate in one to two posts, but if it gets down to one bug then the cost must be paid again. The sphere will resist jutsu up to s rank after being hit with them the first time. For instance if hit by lots of fire they will die, but the next time they will simply eat the fire. They cannot resist physical attacks however, and such things will always kill them if they hit. Only one bug battlesphere can exist at a time.

Description: This jutsu allows you to waterproof the things in a space that changes depending upon rank using a few seals. The jutsu affects things in a 5 foot space per rank. It is used medically to prevent important tools from getting wet during procedures, and to stop blood from getting in things. Since it works by coating things from the inside out with chakra it will stop things like burning rain from wetting you down, but not hurting you, you will still feel the burning as the jutsu touches you. However it will not stop any of the force of water techniques and does not protect you if water inside your body is effected. It does not affect blood, but does affect almost all other water based liquids. The waterproofing is simple chakra and lasts for 5 posts.

This jutsu causes your sand to dry up water that touches it with unnatural absorbant levels. However this does not absorb water or rain jutsu that are higher rank than its cost. They will still ruin your sand. This jutsu can lead into larger more dangerous jutsu that can only be used while this one is active. This can only affect sand within 10 feet of you to begin with. it can be moved after that, but you cant just say you activated it under someone who was using water to stop you.

Description: Using the nature of sealing being ingrained into the yuketsu clans bodies they can turn back a seal used on them and cause the same effect on the one trying to seal them. This jutsu costs SS chakra even if the seal is only a chuunin rank seal, because reversing seals is complex buisiness. The user cannot reverse a seal if the reversal does not affect them specifically or something to do with their body(so no making someones barriers affect them instead of you.) And this doesnt work with seals like the uzumakis flying thunder god. since you cant use it in the first place putting the seal on them doesn't work.

Description:

The yuketsu uses their knowledge of dark matter to create a field of it up to an orb 60 feet in radius, or as small as just around your body.. Since dark matter does not cost chakra the cost is from the strain it puts on the users body to shape it into the way it is. This odd barrier does not stop any physical attacks, elements, or weapons. What it does is that natural chakra cannot pass through it. Since dark matter and chakra cannot exist in the same place, chakra outside the body that has not been turned into an element will be unable to function. This means that manipulation abilities cease temporarily while inside the barrier, and chakra cannons made will simply bounce off of it. The barrier cannot move. The barrier cannot be destroyed with chakra, but can be if the area the seal was placed in is destroyed. If the barrier seal is placed on a moving object the barrier will stop if it leaves the area. This barrier is not a guard all. It cannot stop firebalss because they contain chakra. If they fire is already being propelled it will not stop, just like if someone manipulating sand or lava drops it all into the barrier it will not stop, but it won't be able to be manipulated again while inside.

Description:

The user throws a tag at a person. The jutsu costs no chakra unless the tag hits them. If it hits them or they hit it when in melee range a host of blades appear around their body and slip in to skewer them from all directions. At higher ranks this can at least serve as a distraction to most ninja. The blades are normal katanas, but polished to razor sharpness. Dodging the blades is out of the question after they are all around you. You will have to stop or block them, or go through them with transport. The blades disappear again after stabbing, so they cant be used by opponents.

Description:
The sealer creates a diamond hard barrier in the shape of a pyramid just big enough to fit them sitting down. Jutsu cannot be used from inside this barrier, and it is mainly used to protect clones while they gather sage chakra. Being a diamond hard jutsu for jounin chakra makes this jutsu a good asset to sealers. However this doesnt come without drawbacks. While inside the barrier the person inside cannot see out, even with sensory abilities or dojutsu, so the enemy could bury the tiny pyramid under 50 feet of deadly lava or acid and the user wouldn't know. The pyramid also glows a blazing gold color, so its not a very good jutsu to hide with.

The user opens their sleeves or takes off a hat and 3-5 doves fly out, these doves fly toward youre opponent, who will possibly be overwhelmed by the coolness of your magic skills(1-100 if it rolls a 100). if so they will allow the doves to land on them and skip happily whilst trying to kill you. regardless the opponent will then realize that the "doves" were just crudely made explosive tag geese, and then they will explode, causing much sadness for all.

Description: The user reaches into one of their sleeves and pulls out the wand of many sparkles, it is a white tipped black rod about half an inch thick and one foot long. The wand is as hard as diamond and can release blasts of sparkly dust when swung. The sparkly dust makes anyone it hits except the user sneeze, even if the don't have a nose smilies/icon_biggrin.gif The cloud of sparkles can either cover a cloud in the front of the user, or travel in a line foreword till it hits something. The possibilities have an end!

Description:
The user releases a pulse from their heart that corrects abnormalities with the heart. This jutsu will halt poisons that affect the heart, and will end the effects of the gates. It cannot end the 8th or 7th gate however, but will reduce the 8th to that of the 7th for 3 posts. It will end the effects of the epic heartbeat jutsu, and any other of your poisons, so use carefully. It cannot be used on only one person, if it hits one it hits all of them. 2nd stage or higher Byakugan and ayatsuri and other such things can stop the effects.

The user strikes with a fist coated in poison that affects the nerves of the area it hits. The nerves will necrotize after 5 posts and the area will turn black. If the area struck was an arm it will weaken by one rank if used for basic attacks. if it hits a leg the opponent will be slowed by + for each leg after the 5 posts. If the opponent is already poisoned the attacks power increases to s rank and takes 4 posts.

Description: first the user ust summon the jelly doughnut, then they will slap it on its tp and yell "Ich bin ein berliner!" at the top of their lungs. Jelly doughnut will then explode, shooting acidic jellyvenom in a space of 25 feet. Jellyvenom will eat through inorganic objects other than black metal in about 5 seconds. Lightning will remove jellyvenom, but fire will start it on fire like oil. Its too thick to be removed by water. Earth can slough it off. Wind will just get laughed at. if it hits a person jellyvenom will cause swelling of the eyes. They will become puffy and swollen like pink eye. hardly able to stay open.

Description: Rad uses Emri's wings to jump extra high into the air and kick straight up for the opponents jaw, or anywhere else. The user is cloaked in fire as this happens causing burns as well as the force of the users kick.

C: The poison perception becomes 2 tomoe, and the poison protects the users skin from fire and water jutsu by reducing them by one rank, but only for the first hit after use.

B: The poison now causes muscle pain along with the rest

A: The perception increases to 3 tomoe

S: The poison now slows the opponent by a rank.

SS: The poison now causes death 10 posts after being afflicted.
