I am sad to see the guild to come to this but I must make some changes.
From now on you must do something involving the guild at least twice a month. If you do not then I will send you a warning PM telling you that you will be banned from the guild if you do not become active. I will send you two warnings and the third time there will be no warning but a ban from the guild.

The new rules will take effect in at the end of January.
