The SenninRyu, the dragons who age one year per thousands of humans. The Existed for millenia, each born only for the purpose of studying and recording the past as it occurs. Their memory serving as a massive recorder that will never die out. Only one SenninRyu is born every 5 thousand years, for they are a rare and great species hiding in the most obvious places yet never known.
Izahel was a young SenninRyu, only 2 years of age according to them. He had grown bored of simply observing the masses and had wished to join them. Upon his request to the elder who had been hundreds of years old, he was quickly exiled from the SenninRyu, wiping his memory. A black tattoo sealing his ability over lightning that hid his presence for so long and sealed his body into that of a human.
He awoken only with the basic knowledge of speech, and understanding of all languages. A sword in his right hand, and a need to become stronger. His human age would be that of a 16 year old child.

Description of ability: The Fuuin-SenninRyu (Seal of the thousand Dragons) Seals the holstered demonic power of Izahel. With this seal it forces him to keep his abilities within check, and slowly awakens his greater potential. The Seal in this case acting as a cocoon allowing him to evolve further. This seal is broken into 10 pieces, slowly adjusting his body to the power slowly through time. Each Seal Requiring a certain amount of elemental control before he can evolve.
Ichi - Requires 10 in Fuuin-SenninRyu & 5 in Lightning - This is his most basic form, leaving his body with only the most basic defenses as a human. He has regular control over his body, however he does contain a tattoo upon his spine as a single line down the middle marking his humanity.
Ni - Requires 20 in Fuuin-SenninRyu & 10 in Lightning - This seal could be seen as a lesser one, but it is much more gruesome than the ones before him. Each time this seal is activate a steam of lightning launches itself from the ground and slaps at his eyes, forcing them to literally melt from his sockets. In replacement of his eyes his brain sends out a massive wave of constant electrical charge allowing him to map out and sense every vibration as a greater form of sight.
San - Requires 30 in Fuuin-SenninRyu & 15 in Lightning - This is his 2nd form, slowly evolving from his human shell. Only forcing a small horn upon his forehead, and slaps him with a small bit of power. Only allowing him to summon bolts of lightning from the sky upon thought, only needing a strong electro-magnetic field of the ground. If the field is not present he will generate one himself using his body as the conductor, the small horn upon his forehead will conduct itself will small charges around it forcing him to wait for it to charge. The horn is constantly charged after the first 10 posts from activation of the second seal.
Shi - Requires 40 in Fuuin-SenninRyu & 20 in Lightning - There is no great change within the powers of this seal, it only allows him fluid transition between the forms of the broken seals, giving him a human disguise or allowing him to swiftly change his sealed form and abilities. A second horn appears right under the first, and is located right at the bridge between the eyes and much smaller. (This is the only ability available in all forms besides the 10th.)
Go - Requires 50 in Fuuin-SenninRyu & 25 in Lightning - The elongated strands of grey hair begin to turn blue at the very tips of his hair. His eyes becoming an almost emerald-grey color. His body can grasp the concepts of energy traveling through his body. Using his own natural biological energy he may generate a most basic charge from anywhere on his body (Most commonly hands and feet) and temporarily pacify an opponent leaving them vulnerable. The blue strands of his hair generating a small electro-magnetic field that negates the vibrations of sound coming from his body.
Roku - Requires 60 in Fuuin-SenninRyu & 30 in Lightning - The 6th seal is one that requires great concentration and simply allows him to translate himself from one position to the next in a matter of seconds. A Stream of lightning slaps at his body and forces him to move through matter at an instant. Nothing about his appearance changes, he stays as a regular human.
Shichi - Requires 70 in Fuuin-SenninRyu & 35 in Lightning - The seal of power and intimidation fills his body with testosterone galore, leaving him utterly mindless and crazed and forgetting about previous objectives. This is a very desperate seal. He gains a crown of thorns upon his forehead, and great pauldrons of bone erupt from his shoulders. His rib cage bursts forth from his body and covers his chest and body with a bone like armor. Each piece of the armor generating a small electric current that break the the atoms around them forcing vacuums to occur sucking the air toward him at a rapid rate. He may cover his whole body with this breaking charge and aura that will allow for greater damage and faster hits. He also may project this electrical charge forward forcing bullets of vacuumed space toward any object.
Hachi - Requires 80 in Fuuin-SenninRyu & 40 in Lightning - The 8th seal is a great as it is the major transition from him breaking his human bondage and turning into something much greater. His body obtains the scales of SenninRyu giving him armor that will not even break upon the force of the sound barrier. Sonic booms would never leave a dent, however bladed objects are able to wedge between scales and harm him. Each scale an electric blue color, and giving him a massive tail. The tail able to slap the ground in order to send him forward with incredible speed.
Kyuu - Requires 90 in Fuuin-SenninRyu & 45 in Lightning - The 9th seal is the final step before his truth is revealed. His body Is completely covered by an electric charge that reaches out a radius of 1 foot. Everything within the “cocoon” is charged electrically, broken down to base components, and then absorbed into the main body filling him with large amounts of energy. Soon the clothes on his body are absorbed into him, and in it’s place grows a very fine blue fur. His body elongating much like that of a reptile and he grows a tail like that seen within the 8th seal. This form gives him control upon the smallest charged objects around him, most easily influential is charged metal.
Juu - Requires 100 in Fuuin-SenninRyu & 50 in Lightning - His Final and True form. His brain becomes super-charged as he is enlightened with his true abilities, his flesh tearing apart as the black tattoo upon his spin body rips from his spine and marks itself within the bare bones of his structure. His eyes becoming mere sockets and filling with a glowing yellow light that is very faint. The black tattoo sending a signal to his brain telling him each bone is a piece of him, much like genetic structure. The brain sends out a message throughout his bones and wraps it with bio-electrical energy. The energy moving so fast it creates a fast vacuum, and a fast cutting each upon all objects around him. He may manipulate the vacuum around him and float, and often prefers this method due to the decomposition of the ground if he would walk upon it. The brain uses the vacuum and basic cutting of materials to transfer to the brain as nutrients relieving him of the need to feed. If he has excess nutrition he will naturally release the excess back out. Any Element or Ability that attempts at affecting his brain is negated almost immediately due to a small electromagnetic field around his brain that will not disengage itself.
