This will be my thread for sharing some of my artwork and to trace my progress. I've recently got Photoshop on my computer and so I'm learning it as I go.

It has been an interesting challenge but most enjoyable. Right now I'm learning how to do everything practically so forgive me that my stuff is rather crappy, I'm learning. blaugh

Well here is my very first piece ever done entirely on photoshop! I did everything in this picture on photoshop slowly learning how some of the tools work.



I know it's kind of simplistic and crappy but I'm proud of this sucker!!! blaugh

That's awesome for a first try! I like how you're working on shading. I could never get that right.

*smiles brightly* Thanks! I was really trying things out and seeing how they work. I haven't figured out this layering thing yet but for my first try and airbrushing and paint brushing and doing shading with that I thought it was a darn good first go at it! *chuckles* Don't feel bad layering is eluding me right now. ^_~

Omg, if you ever figure layering out, explain it to me! I've been trying to figure it out for ages. gonk

That's pretty good Moon though she seems a bit...yellow? However, way better then what I can do even my stick figures look weird but my girlfriend gets a kick out of 'em.

Yeah, I know she's a bit off in her color but like I said a first try for me. I've worked a little on learning Photoshop but sadly life has slowed the progress down and I haven't had as much time as I did to play with it. I'm hoping to get back into it soon, but we'll see what life throws at me.

I'm sure you're not that bad Monster.
