If you cheat, be honest about it. For single player games, it's not a big deal. Who cares? Just don't lie about beating it without cheats. Then you're a douche. For multiplayer, no.
I don't think you completely agree with the online part. Cheating in multiplayer is wrong because it interferes with everyone else's experience, right? But we've interfered with people's experience online before. And we laaaughed and we laaaughed.
yeah but we didn't mess with code, we bent the rules, like people with money do for basketball games.

also cheating for your clear time on megaman 10 then uploading it online. i don't see 52 seconds happening at all, that'd be like 2.4 seconds a stage. atleast the time attack times with replays are legit, cept one i found where he died in the replay.

Never should you cheat in multiplayer. But cheating to enjoy a game alone is fine. For example, I have no wifi on my ds so I've been cheating pokemon I could never get without trading. Then, I would use it to breed a new one and train it properly biggrin
