Since I don't have much to do and i'm a huge Vocaloid fan, I decided to turn my blog into some sort of Vocaloid News.

Because certain Vocaloid fans do this things called Talkloids, short stories in which Vocaloids talk, not sing.
There is a need to create this non-singing engine because of video games, such Metal Gear Peace Maker, which used Vocaloid.flex for certain sentences.
