A regular katana, average in length, however its scabbard is tan in color, and the end of Namakemono yuyo’s hilt has a small claw attached by a string.
Zanpakuto Released Appearance:
Two spiked chakram attached to Memnoch's arms by medium sized chains. These chains appear to 'crawl' up to Memnoch's shoulders as they as released. They link together at the center of his back, in-between his shoulder blades.

Shikai Powers/Ability:
Manipulating his reiatsu, Memnoch can flow his reiatsu through the chains allowing him to control the directions and overall movement of the chakrams, while doing this the spikes along his chakrams gain an electrical charge.

Bankai Appearance:
Memnoch's two chakrams become slightly larger, and he gains a much larger one upon his back, this one has a light constantly blazing directly within its center. The middle chakram is held upon him again, by chains however just as he can move the chains during shikai, he can move the larger one as well.
Bankai Ability/ Attacks:
Same as Shikai, but the Chakrams can spin very quickly, creating an electrical chainsaw-like effect; this can cause electrical tendrils to jump from his blades or from the spikes when launched electrocuting whatever it hits or comes within 7 inches of. As for the larger middle chakram anything that goes through the middle circle becomes invisible, he is included can become invisible for a certain amount of time. If Memnoch becomes invisible, his reiatsu/spirtual pressure is cloaked, however while invisible he cannot attack directly.

Abilities:
•Quite Adept using Hoho (or Shunpo): Memnoch knows the basics of the Flash step technique and can use it to move up to 10meters instantly.
•Mastery of Kenjutsu: Memnoch is very adept foe using nearly any type of sword; however his real talent lies in his use of chakrams, both long range and close range.
•Wide Variety of Kidou: Memnoch knows a good deal of kidou, or what he has considered to be a good deal.
•Strategist: Memnoch is a very fast thinker during combat and can often come up with unique alternative moves to a situation. This is why he has mastered his chakrams, and become adept with a sealed Zanpakuto.
Personality:
Memnoch is very much an extrovert; he does well in large groups of people. He always enjoys listening to others, and nearly always gives his full thoughts, only ever leaving out the 'hows' to his explanations, (i.e. how he may've known about activities etc.) Memnoch is a rather eccentric person; however he has been loyal to the Seireitei form the beginning.
Hobbies/ and likes:
Memnoch adores reading nearly any book; his favorites are usually from the World of the Living. He often can be found within his quarters even in the latest evenings reading, and sometimes he can even be found sleep deprived due to this hobby or even 'obsession'.
Memnoch also appears to enjoy 'people watching'. He can be found sitting upon a ledge somewhere simply watching people or simply enjoying the scenery.
Personal Skills and Abilities:
-Kenjutsu: Memnoch is incredibly adept with his blade, and can adapt to most situations using it in his own curious way.
-High Endurance: Due to his above average reiatsu amount, he can withstand a longer battle, and even control his reiatsu; using the lowest amount needed to control his chakrams.
-High Charisma: Memnoch has what is referred to as a "Silver Tongue". After Death:
Memnoch awoke within the Soul Society's Roukon district. He had no idea where he had gone. The only part of the World of the living he could recall were the two men who had touched his forehead with some type of sword. Then he woke up here. Memnoch roamed around for a few days before finding out who those two men were. Finding out that they were 'Shinigami'; and that they were the defenders of this land and lost souls such as him.
Memnoch soon began his life in the Soul Society but had started to have rather odd dreams, he could never recall what they were about, but when he would wake up, he always found that the area he had slept appeared to have been scorched by lightning, or ripped to shreds by some beast. Soon he was met by the very same Shinigami who had given him 'passage' to the Soul Society; they explained that they had been sent to investigate what was happening to Memnoch. Soon they realized that he had abnormally high spiritual energy, an amount that could only belong to a Shinigami. He was than escorted to the Shinigami Academy for training.
During the Academy:
Memnoch found that his best class in the academy was 'Zanjutsu' while he did excelled in this art he did almost as well with his 'Hoho' classes. He did well in his Kido classes; however he only ever learned what he thought he would need to use later in his 'career' as a Shinigami. Memnoch always enjoy his classes, and all of the friends he had made.
One day during an exercise to the World of the Living, many of his classmates were attacked by a Reiatsu-Absorbing Hollow; many of them lost their Shinigami abilities completely. He was barely able to hold his own against this hollow, and would have lost his life if not for the Officers sent from the Seireitei itself. From that day on he dedicated his life to his studies, not allowing himself to get close to many people until he had graduated. His classes in Zanjutsu went even further to the point that he could defeat his instructors, and his classes in Hoho weren't very far behind. Kido, which had been one of his worst classes, became his best second only to Zanjutsu. On the day of his graduation he made a request to join Squad 11, the squad that had originally sent the Shinigami to save his class.
