My Dream
As I sleep I dream of me, my true love, and our future 1st born son
I look around the room, i'm in a hospital room.
I see my love in the hospital bed, the sunlight brightly shining on her.
She's going into labor, she reaches out for my hand with smile on her face. I hold her hand and gently kiss her forehead.
"I love you, everything will be fine love." I say to her softly.
She looks up at me and says "I know because you're with me."
I blush and kiss her hand.
The doctor walks in and says "Who's ready to bring a miracle in this world?"
We look at each other and say "We are."
The doctor smiles and prepares to deliver the baby.
A few minutes past.
The doctors says "Alright now push."
She pushes with all her might, squeezing my hand tightly.
"Come on love keep pushing."
"I see the head, keep pushing."
She pushes harder, breathing heavily, gripping my hand tighter.
"Alright it's almost out, give me one more big push."
She pushes with all her might. She yells and I yell too.
Wahh wahh wahh
"Congratulations, you are now officially parents to beautiful baby boy."
Tears roll down my loves face as the doctor cleans the baby and hands him over to me.
He feels so light and fragile in my big strong arms.
A tear rolls down my cheek as he gently grabs my finger.
"He has his mother's eyes and my adorable dimples." I say quietly.
I hand the baby over to my love and kiss her sweetly.
A flash of light appears and I awake with a smile on my face.
