Convince him that his mother may be in the right in her eyes, but you really want him and that should be the only thing that matters right now. I won't sugarcoat it for you. He might not believe you, he might be oppressed by his mother and her dislike for you, or he might come back to you again.
Just don't go Romeo and Juliet. They're both dead.
BTW, I hope you do get him back.

this sounds exactly like my last relationship about 7 months ago. his mom will never get over it, and if she does its a good thing but its gonna need time and a lot of convincing. if it doesnt work out, dont worry, everything works out in the end and maybe he just wasnt part of it. smile
