I don't really know, but I think that if you use the basic of art (the sketching out with the lines and all that junk) and if you look at a picture of Inuyasha, you might get it. try drawing a pose that you've already seen in an Inuyasha picture.

for fanart. all you really have to do is try drawing what you see. find a picture on him on the internet and use the picture as reference.
