In FFIV when Palom and Porom turned themselves to stone to save everyone (and to free up space since we had a party of six at the time), why was it that Tellah couldn't bring them back but the other guy could? Is he really that much more powereful? confused

It's because they turned to stone willingly to save everyone, so when the Misidian Elder came there was no more danger and they could be turned back (or something like that... but also so that everyone had room for Cid too...)
