Kaisen drew a small summoning scroll from inside of his large trenchcoat. In an instant, he flew through at least twenty seals in less than the blink of an eye, and pressed his palm on the scroll. Suddenly, a Rock Village Headband would appear. He tossed it to Nanako, and merely said, "Welcome to the Rock Village. At the moment, there really isn't much to do, but I can supervise any training you wish to do."

(Meaning that you can learn jutsu on your own here and now while I "Supervise", if you didn't know that. If you've mastered everything you have, I have a small assortment of things you could look at. XD)
