MH doesn't use FCs they have like a 5 digit ID that you can use to send a FR to someone. and last i checked, there was no online for the PSP systems.
also freedom unite is the best one so far. can't wait till freedom 3.

THAT'S ALL. ah then my friends that convinced me to get freedom unite don't know squat then, the mentioned stuff like need to mod your psp blah blah blah... needless to say, i'm grinding right now so i can finish granny elder's last quest. 2 rajang (one after another thankfully, i think i can manage that.)

Well, depending on how old the game is, there's no telling if capcom still supports it, but the PSP itself still has Wi-fi.

freedom unite was the last american release on the PSP. we get freedom 3 sometime close to summer.

oh since thee wii gets 1 game out of the 6 game series its automatically all about nintendo. if you play MH in any shape or form and are a fan platform doens't matter anymore.

The real question is why did the first replier take half a year? I was just responding to something someone said about the PSP version not having online... Which is dumb because Monster hunter has always been an online game. Always. Even on the PS2. I personally just don't care for the PSP, though.

MH has potential to be a godly game on any system from handheld to console but it's no good without online.
Something about a monster constantly hitting you with cheap shots is annoying as hell.
By the way, I have MH3 and Unite.
Name is William on both, I don't care to look up my code right now and online on psp is pretty much dead.
Pro at sns and dual blades.
And Switchaxe I guess.

i'm a Gunner / GS / Lance / GL / Hammer user.
not fond of the tiny weapons to be honest, though dual blades and SnS have great damage potential, as well as long sword, i'm just not the kind of person to not be able to block and live with it, hammer is jsut cause i can combo well and do some damage.
i want to like using HH, but in the heat of battle i can get frustrated trying to complete a song and not be fighting.
