Anyone here an ipod geek?

I would totatly love you! You see my touch ipod used to be the most amazing thing, but for no reason it broke. Now all it does is flash a black or white screen no apps nothin. and the back light is always on no matter what. I didn't to restore it because I would lose money on apps i had bought but then i figured better to lose app money than a $300 ipod you know? But when I tried to restore it it wouldn't let me. Anyone know how to fix this? I'm so lost without my ipod!

Try emailing Itunes. They usually help or at least give good advice on how to fix it.

so there are no apps on the ipod at all? its just a blank screen? are u able to turn it off?

my best bet would be to wait for the battery to run out. then plug it in and try again

have u tried plugging it back in to the computer to sync it?

umm, well, first off, did u do anything to it? did you attempt to turn it off and then turn it back on? is it out of batteries? try all of these things first. You can also go to the apple store. People there are always willing to help their customers for free. Once i had an ipod problem and all i needed to do was restart it.

All better! I took it to the Apple store after trying everything else and they were all welp it broken and gave me a new one for FREEEEE!! the apps i got back for free too! Thnks for all the advice!
