A crew member are basically like staff. Each crew member has different jobs to do around the guild [by the guild owners permission.] They have access to certain forums while regular members can't. [because their only for crew members.]
A regular member, on the other hand, are just members who joined the guild but do not have the same power/jobs like crew members. [regular members do: participating in contests, posting on the forums, and join in activities.]
Regular members are us. People like you and me.
You are an automatic regular of the guild if you were accepted to join.
If you wish to become a crew member you'll need to apply to be one.
When your at the forum for applying, there are several jobs you can choose you can apply for.
Once you submit your application, you'll need to wait for the guild owner's response to see whether or not your accepted.
If your not accepted, your not a crew member.
If your accepted you are a crew member.
