Her face is like a perfect circle. So yeah, look at your own face and see what curves, and make the necessary changes. Her ear on the right looks too close to her eye.
Also her nose is too short, and her eyes are a bit too far apart.
Her shoulders look bulbous, and her neck looks wide (there's no line on the left indicating it actually ends somewhere). Her breasts are also very saggy (though you might've been going for that...?).
Phew, hope you can handle all that crit. xD Just basic anatomical problems, pretty easy to fix up.
