Weapon(s): A weapon that has been crafted from ice and crystal; it mostly takes the form of a short sword, as well as a long sword, but it often changes form. The ice was frozen from water from a sacred Moon Shrine, perhaps the Spirit Oasis in the Northern Water Tribe.
Likes: Flying Bison, Mythical Folklore, and most of all, the Ocean.
Dislikes: Deserts, obnoxious and over-talkative people, and anyone who stands in his way of his goals.
Biography: I was born as a Waterbender, from one of the Water Tribes...I don't know which. My caretakers, Earthbenders of course, found me floating about the waves of the ocean near one of the Earth Kingdom cities when I was a baby, with only a letter and a vial of glowing water strapped tightly around my neck. The way they described it, it seemed as though I was controlling the waves myself, as if the Ocean was responding to my desperate cries for help. They raised me as if I were their own, and they told me as much as they could about how they found me; they even tried to teach me the ways of Earthbending, even though I am a Waterbender. Even still, that aided me in controlling my own power, earning me a name as a prodigy with my bending among the villagers...
Master Xiao; he was a merchant. Master Lei Lei; she was a tailor. They'd travel often and of course, they'd have to take me with them. I loved it; seeing all of the different places and people. It was fun. And, I got to learn how to haggle and trade. Aside from training, and all. It was perfect for a while, until those bandits showed up.
All I know is that I escaped from them and my caretakers didn't. That's all I can make sense of from that day. Now, a top priority for me is to find the people who dared called me their son, and rescue them. Because of that, I've had to make difficult decisions and actions that have made me a bandit as well, with quite a price over my head; people who have seen that side of me call me Hao Lin. I've been looking for two years now, and still nothing...but I wont give up. Just like the Ocean is kind and also unforgiving, I will be as well. So will I be just as powerful.
