Came to the shinigame accedemy at 63 and graduated a little more than a year later. She made friends with a girl about her age (Kiri) as they had the same private tutor, and a boy who drove her crazy (Haku). At just 69, Ume became the 4th seat of the 2nd division. Kiri was filled with sadness as she hadn't even graduated yet, and they lost their friendship. About 35 years later, Ume left the soul society. No one quite knows where she went. But she came back. By this time she was 170 years old. Haku and her are still opponents. She got the captains place on her first try. After seven years, her leiutenant and lover died. She's now looking for a new leiutenant.

Her kimono is different than the usual. The white part (idk what its called) is skin tight with long sleeved. She wears the neck line low, but not as low as Rangiku's was... Its a dress, slitted down both sides of her hips (if you must, like Ino and Sakura's from Naruto but with no leg coverage) and goes to a little below her knees. The black part of her Kimono is more like a jacket, she never ties it together but leaves it open, it goes down to her ankles in length and usually covers her exposed hips. She always wears the mask on the side of her head, and sometimes wears it on her face during battles to cover her expressions.

Bio:
Sada was one of the worst children in Seireitei. She was always all over the place, causing trouble, starting fights, and making mischief. When she enrolled in the Academy, her teachers lost faith in her. However, when Sada turned 67, her parents were killed in action on the battelfield. Something snapped in Sada that day and she took a complete turn around. The next time she attended class, she wasn't making trouble like normal and her friends started to notice that she became more serious with her work. Sada stopped skipping classes and menacing teachers and started studying at an increasing rate. She stopped hanging around her friends and her teachers began to trust her more. She graduated one of the tops in her class, exceeding in Kido and was placed in the same Division her parents were in, the ninth. As time wen ton, she began to prove herself as capable of taking care of the Division and was offered the position of Captain. Once she became Captain though, she started to loosen up more. She took back her passions and started to talk more; she even started pulling pranks again though not as much. In other words, she is back to her social self.

Zanpacuto's Name:
Ningyō Masutā

Zanpacuto's Appearance:
The blade its self is a wakizashi, which is shorter than a normal katana but lighter and faster as well. The hilt is black and the metal tip is red. The scabbard is black with red vine like lines painted along it. At the top of the scabbard, the characters for Doll Master are carved in gold.

Zanpacuto's Shikai Ability:
Sada gains control of two puppets; one that take little to no energy and one that takes a little more to control. The one that takes less energy (in her picture) has no name, is yellow, and looks like futuristic camera allowing her to scope an area from all directions. She can see anything the camera can see.
The second puppet is a life-sized marionette named Skya and it is an offensive marionette. It is very fast and light but it has weak points in its joints. Sada controls both marionette with transparant strings of energy and Sada can control both from afar but not too far away. If the camera is destroyed, it will lose function but if Skya is destroyed, Sada can still control her individual body parts however it takes massive amounts of energy and its accuracy is lowered; it is a last resort move.

Zanpacuto's Bankai Ability:
Her Bankai allows control of one more puppet named Silver Spider. It latches its self onto Sada's legs and is capable of holding Sada up. It is extremely fast and accurate and very sharp however, Sada uses the Silver Spider only for defense. The Silver Spider aslso saps a lot of Sada's energy and Sada can not Flash Step with the Silver Spider on her. Using the Silver Spider is also a last resort thing used for quick getaways while protecting herself.
