Having played the game, I can now say that N is my favorite, but I also really like Cheren, White, and Shauntal (just because she is a writer biggrin ).

Cheren -- it's like a male version of myself wat
Touko, Touya -- I love their character designs.
N -- Brought back the abused-child-evil-father relationship we saw with Silver and Giovanni in Gen II. Also, his mentality is a unique thing to the Pokemon universe. I love it.
Chili -- Can't stop loving hyperactive pyros
Drayden -- Just. Too. Cool.
And Grimsley. Gotta love the creepers.
