	Yes but not as an actual program. It's just taking the normal vocaloids voice and raising or lowering the pitch. Not that hard if you have a program that can do that.

	lol i saw someone who raised Kaito's voice a bit too much when they were trying to make him sound like Kaiko and it sounded like a chipmunk XD
