I actually saw this in English first. I forgot what season, but it's the one when Usagi/Serena does her speech, and the other scouts say "Leadership's gone to your head" and "Prima donna" and they argue for a bit.

And then some camerawoman shows up. I looked it up in Japanese, but all I got was a skiing episode.
