Transformers Prime (Five-part miniseries is complete.)

A while ago we had an announcement about a new Transformers series called Prime. We knew two things: that it would be CGI and that the budget would be bigger than the Clone Wars movie/series.
The first two episodes are up on youtube right now. Think of it what you will.

I personally love everything about it, save for the kids and Optimus's design. Take note of the voice acting and how ******** it is.
Peter Cullen (original OP) as Prime, Frank Welker (original Megs) as Megatron, Dwayne Johnson (******** if I know why) as Cliffjumper, and Steve Blum (SPIKE ******** SPIEGEL) as Starscream are the most notable.

The animation's great, it doesn't seem like it's going to cater to kids and s**t, very much like Beast Wars/Machines didn't cater to the littluns, and the story isn't complete s**t.

All in all, we'll see how this series ends up. I, for one, can't wait for figures of those kickass drones. My only complaint, though: that ******** girl needs to SHUT THE ******** UP.

I remember thinking back to an older Transformers I watched and remembered the voice of one of the kids. I swear it was Alfonse Elric. I loved those Transformers, mixing anime and CG. I want to get into this.

Hey, the third one was okay. mad Starscream kicked major a** in that one until Megatron said "OP! NOW I'M GALVATRON."

I mean seriously. He was practically a demigod after stealing what, half, maybe three-quarters, of the power of Primus; then the writers stepped in and ******** everything up.

Still my favorite quote:

Galvatron: I could never rest if I lost to a weakling like you!
Starscream: Bold words. Maybe I'll put them on your tombstone!


Anyways... I'm liking this new series already. Looking to shape up awesomely.
