Biography: Blair grew up post M-day, but was born a couple years before. She was one of the few mutants to keep their powers. She wasn't well liked by either mutant or normal human. She literally brought bad luck where ever she went, and everything and one she touched. She was an outcast of the outcasts. Blair doesn't like most people and doesn't trust easily. She rarely ever shower emotion, if she does it's usually anger, sometimes a smile will show up on her lips, but that's just as rare as the fits of rage. Blair thinks that if she can help the risistance that people will stop seeing her as a bad omen and finally except her.

Power: Upon command, Nemesis will release a toxin in a mist form from his palms. Though this toxin isn't fatal most of the time, it weakens his opponent and obscures their vision, giving Nemesis an edge in the fight.
Biography: Seth Payne was a good person. He always wanted to do good for everyone. He wanted to become a doctor, but it wasn't until the accident that he knew that was never going to happen. Seth always had to pass a chemical plant during his walks to class. One day, as he walked, a couple of workers dropped a barrel of an experimental toxin. The mist surrounded Seth and his body absorbed the toxin. Instead of dying from the toxin, Seth's body adapted too it and began to produce the toxin within him. He became Nemesis. At first, Nemesis couldn't control his powers. The mist would release itself on its own. After practicing, he learned how to control it. He stays away from most people, only to stop a criminal and help those in need. Nemesis is a kind person, though very secluded and always looking deathly sick. He opposes the act because he knows he will be one of the first to be thrown in the jail made for the superpowered, simply because he has the traits of a villian. He always carries a pair of combat knives as finishers when against great threats.

Power: While Isaiah possesses no superhuman powers as such, the super-soldier formula running through his veins means that, physically, he is, for most intents and purposes, the perfect human. This means that his agility, dexterity, strength, speed, endurance, reflex and reaction time, coordination, and balance are superior to any Olympic athlete who has ever or ever will compete. Once it was metabolized, the Super-Soldier formula enhanced all of his bodily functions to the peak of human efficiency. His body eliminates any excessive build-up of lactic acid and other fatigue poisons in his muscles, granting him phenomenal endurance. He also has an extraordinary immunity to disease. His aging process was also slowed dramatically. Isaiah was trained in unarmed combat by the US Army.
Biography: Project: Rebirth began as a collaboration between US, British and German eugenicists led by Dr. "Josef Reinstein" (real name Dr. Wilfred Nagel), and Dr. Koch. When World War II began, Koch took over the German program and Josef Reinstein took over the American program. Each was attempting to recreate the super soldier serum which had previously turned Steve Rogers into Captain America a year prior to Pearl Harbor. Reinstein's early attempts to refine the formula were tested on African-Americans. Three hundred of these soldiers were taken from Camp Cathcart and subjected to potentially fatal experiments at an undisclosed location in an attempt to re-create the Super Soldier formula, as seen in Truth: Red, White & Black. Only five subjects survived the original trials. In the name of secrecy, US soldiers executed the camp's commander and hundreds of black soldiers left behind at Camp Cathcart. The government told the families of the three hundred subjects that their loved ones had died in battle.
Due to field missions in Europe as well as internal strife, Bradley emerged the sole survivor of his test group. He stole a spare costume and a shield intended for Captain America before he engaged in a suicide mission to destroy the Super-Soldier efforts of the Nazis at the Schwarzebitte concentration camp. There, he was also able to assassinate Koch. The mission ended when the Germans captured Bradley. Nazi interest in the American super soldier was high; he was even brought before the Führer himself, who decided to dissect him in order to reverse engineer his powers but send the spare parts back to America as a message to the government. Bradley was later rescued by German insurgents, only to be court-martialed and imprisoned at Leavenworth around 1943 where he was cryogenically frozen for years until Captain America busted him out of the ice. (He later on would bare two children Josiah X who donned his armor after he died and Patriot who became Captain America's sidekick [Captain America's sidekick in UA2].) Black Jack was KIA by Executioner after failing to kill him with a chain of chameleon bombs.

Power: Helios takes after his mother Hecate and has the ability to use magic, typically through spells, runes, rituals, and other means, as well as taking after his father Helios with the ability to use cosmic and celestial abilities similar to the X-mens phoenix. This power however has limits for example using these abilities can wear his body out and during things like eclipses his titan personality takes over. His powers can grow and shrink depending on the stars.
Biography: Helios is a Greek born from the titans Helios, the titan and god of the sun, and Hecate, the titan and goddess of magic, pathways, and the dark moon. As such he can be like night and day. As such he is Pagan in his beliefs and hopes that with his parents combined abilities he can help to end this chaos. When he was young his parents decided to give him a safe home and left him in the care of Professor X and as far as he knows he is a mutant who is named after gods not a greek.

Power: The White Spider has the combined abilities of Venom, and Spider-Man he uses tendrils similar looking to Carnage's. Has the body shape, agility, and sense of Spider-Man. While retaining Venom's strength.
Biography: Xavier grew up in Cleveland, Ohio where he lived on the even though he had a home that he could go to. But being the kid he was Xavier was always in trouble, until eventually the police arrested him, he spent a couple of weeks in holding waiting for his trial date. Once his trail date arrived he was let off with a condition which was that he would find a job so that he was occupied and didn't have time to cause trouble. The only reason he got off so easy because not only was this his first offense but the crime was minor in the eyes of the court. Once Xavier left court he went to a church where he was discovered by philanthropist Martin Li, who was secretly the villain known as Mr. Negative, who offered him a job at his soup kitchen of course Xavier took him up on the offer. A couple of weeks later the villain known as Venom attacked the store and was fought off by Mr. Negative; a piece of Venom's symbiote fell of and attached itself to Xavier without him knowing of course, Mr. Negative seen this and touched Xavier getting rid of the symbiote which created some type of a immunity to the symbiote, this made a white substance ooze from Xavier's body until it wrapped him up in it granting him certain powers similar to Spider-Man's and Venom's. Xavier was 16 when this happened, he has been training and taking the role of a vigilante until now.
