Jaxon's mother died when he was born leaving him without a mother since birth, but after, his father, a knight of the king, took the newborn child and fled with him to keep him out of the hands of the Shadow. To keep him safe, he left him with Ms. O'Connor and two year old Auden. After, Jaxon grew up without a last name as she wouldn't give him theirs due to him having his own last name even though it was refused to be given to him.
Even without the help of his father physically, he grew up to be almost just like his father and a fighter. As the two brothers grew up together, Jaxon and Auden became inseperatable and did just about everything together with the younger one taking the lead in everything and getting them into a lot of trouble. Through this all, Jaxon was black mailed into becoming a thief by a dark man who threatened to kill his family when he was fifteen. As if under an unbreakable spell, he did what he was told as he became the best thief in town with Auden of course at his side.

Auden was born as the son of the sorcerer previously known as Shadow. With his mother scared for his life, she ran away with him when he was one into the Forbidden Woods where supposedly all the darkest creatures live. There his mother raised him on their own until a old family member, Jaxon's father, left the newborn in her care. Instantly, the two became friends with him falling in behind the young tiger trying to keep him out of trouble and keep up. Still, no mater where they went, the two of them were causing trouble and getting into fights with Auden pulling his young brother out of them and to his senses.
After Jaxon had been blackmailed, it didn't take long for the young sorcerer to come to the conclusion of it. Even though he was reassured that he didn't have to help, Auden took up the name Archer to help seal things for him and keep him, his mother, and his headstrong brother alive.

Cedric was born and raised like a normal son of a farmer. Everything was simple and easy, but his dreams were enormous. Ever sine he could remember he wanted to the be Captain of the Guards and protect the king and kingdom. He worked hard and sacrificed a lot to get there and eventually was part of the guards and making his way up to the top.
Along the way he'd gotten married and had a beautiful daughter, but while his wife was away at another castle to tend to help with politics, the shadows took her. Unlike others, she never woke up from the sickness and died two years ago leaving his daughter alone most the time. Still, he always found time to chase the guys who were always robbing his castle and ones around it as he vowed to chase them to the ends of the earth to get what he wanted.

Gabriel was born and raised into the allegiance of thieves. Since his first breath, he had being trained as one to outsmart the prophets and become undetected by the gods and non existent to everyone else. He never stole for money or for fame though which most thieves found odd. He stole because it was fun.
When he was twenty though, he tried to become a king's ranger and worked hard to become so and then the top one. While out on one of his missions though, he was found out of his crimes and charged with them bound to the noose. On an act that only the King of Thieves could pull off, he vanished from his cell the morning he was to be hung and never saw again.
Free again, he met up with a homeless woman and helped her back up on her feet and eventually fell in love with her and had a daughter. After she'd turned three though, he took her away to a foreign land after they'd found out she was with him and he'd saved her from death. Since then, he'd lived on his own steeling and helping any stray man who he could only charging those who came looking for him.

Rosalyn--or Rose--was born into the castle and raised like a noble woman being taught courtesy and medical things since she was two. Never in her life would she dream of going out and fighting on a quest, she was a lady with a wild side, but not that wild. Being a chef was what she liked to do, not swing a blade. She spent most of her life just working around the castle helping people not caring about anything outside of them until her father practically introduced her to Archer.
After that and hearing her father's plan and being devastated of her mother's death, her life turned around and she stopped being miss goody-two-shoes. She took up private lessons of fencing trying to get as good as she could with while she snuck out dressed as a guard to go with her dad and hunt down the thieves enjoying this life so much more than her previous one.

No one knows much about when he was born or even if he truly is a human at all. They say he was born at the beginning of time as the shadow over the earth. Truthfully though, he's been living for only about eleven centuries years unbeaten along with his army occasionally rising every generation to kill warriors of that time to keep people fearful. This time though, he's back for more, he's become greidy as his hunt grows to more than just warrior's blood, he wants power, riches, to rule the world.
Last time he rose, a maiden was sacrificed to him to save the rest of the kingdom and he took her changing into a human for the first time taking her as his wife and slave. Greedily, he kept her locked away to himself until their son was born, Auden, and she flead from him. Angery, he went on a rampage destroying all the lands he could. He almost destroyed them all until Jaxon's father banished him from their land casting a seal over him to keep him locked away. Hearing of his newborn son though, Shadow spent the last eighteen years trying to break free of the seal.
Now free again, he wants blood, riches, power, his son, and his arch enemy's son to battle against and take control of.

Shadow Soldiers--or SS--are warriors that have been brought back to life and enslaved. These creatures are of male and female fallen fighters of all calibers but with one soul purpose, to kill by command. The Undead is extreamly hard to kill and can only be killed completely by burning or stopped by decapitation. Even when decapitated though, they can still move, just unfocussed like a blank minded bear.
Every time Shadow rises, two unique SS's are eventually given control over themselves again to become human though it's impossible for them to die from age or injuries like their zombified counterparts. While two may rise and eventually forgiven and freed, millions more can be risen still under his control leaving him with a countless army until the very last fighter is brought up from hell from any era. That number doesn't end in the billions.

Unlike her father, since her mother wasn't a Queen of Thieves her life as one was held back until her father took her away to keep her safe. Because he refuses to speak of her, Elektra never truly knew her mother. She just grew up as a fighter and a thief being trained as one and as a ranger even though her father knew she would never become one. Still, she lived her life to the fullest causing trouble for everyone and loving every second of it.
