Runs off tackles the headless Purple and uncorks the bottle of Head Return potion and pours it all over Purple's neck.* There that should do it. *hops off Purple and watches closely*

They can't repossess it like they can unpayed house items.
(that includes the house itself)

The government can't REPOSSESS what they never POSSESSED in the first place.
They do not own the magical properties of nature that makes things out of nothing. (as much as I'm sure they'd like to argue that) >.<
