The effects of the false hit are rather weak and subside in two seconds.

Name of Jutsu: Lazy Bruising Shinra
Rank of Jutsu: Chuunin
Element of Jutsu: Lightning
Description:
The fifth move in the Shinra Series. The user delivers a fast punch after coating their knuckles with static electricity. Once the punch is delivered, the victim will feel no pain, but there will be a hurricane like spiral of electricity where the Vitim was hit. if the victim brushes this spiral, they will feel a sharp jab of electricity. The attack is stack able upto five times. Once the opponent is hit those five times, They will feel all five punches at once, giving the move great tactical use. If used right, the Lazy Bruising Shinra can be devastating. If another Lazy Bruising Shinra isn't placed on the opponent in three turns, it will vanish and make the user feel like they've been punched.
