I think it's kinda screwed up to kick out your fellow man because because of their inactivity on the internet.

I appreciate your thoughts on the matter, but this is why a newsletter was sent.

It is better to remove for inactivity than to boot altogehter. At least if one is removed for inactivity they can rejoin.
