There are several people scattered around the Unova region who will you raise your Pokemon. Here's a quick guide to who they are, what they do, and where to find them!

Pokemon Massage in Castelia City - Speak to a woman on the first floor of a building on Castelia Street and she will give your Pokemon a massage, which will raise your Pokemon's friendship level. You can get a massage once per day.

Name Rater in Castelia City - On the path to Route 4, you can find an old man on the first floor of a building who will rate your Pokemon's nickname and offer to change it if you'd like.

Friendship Rater in Icirrus City - At the Pokemon Fan Club, a woman will rate your friendship with one of the Pokemon in your party. (Also, in Nacrene City, a woman in the house right of the Pokemon Center can also tell you how friendly your lead Pokemon is.)

Learn Moves at the Move Family's House in Mistralton City - Speak to the Move Deleter here, and he will let your Pokemon forget any move, including HM's (handy, since Pokemon who know HM's CANNOT be traded). And if you give a Heart Scale to the reminder girl, she will help your Pokemon remember a move it's forgotten.

Move Tutor in Driftveil City - Snivey, Tepig, and/or Oshawott or their evolved forms can learn a special battle-combo move - Grass Pledge, Fire Pledge, or Water Pledge - if they have a strong bond with you.

Ultimate Move Tutor on Route 13 - If you have a strong bond with Serperior, Emobar, or Samurott, he will teach it the ultimate move for their type - Frenzy Plant, Hydro Cannon, or Blast Burn.

Draco-Meteor in Opelucid City - If you have a dragon-type with a strong bond, Iris or Drayden (depending on your version) will teach that Pokemon the ultimate dragon-type move, Draco Meteor.

Man in Sunglasses on Route 13 - There's a man in sunglasses near the Ultimate Move Tutor's house. Everyday, he'll give you a rare item, including all five flutes, Big Pearl, DeepSeaScale, DeepSeaTooth, Dragon Scale, Dubious Disc, Electirizer, Heart Scale, King's Rock, Lucky Egg, Lucky Punch, Magmarizer, Metal Coat, Metal Powder, Protector, Razor Claw, Razor Fang, Reaper Cloth, Shoal Salt, Shoal Shell, Stick, Thick Club, and Up-Grade.

People Who Buy Items:

Trailer on Route 5 - The maid in the trailer will buy all types of berries, plus any kind of food-based item, such as Lucky Egg, Leftovers, Fresh Water, Soda Pop, Lava Cookie, Big Mushroom, etc., etc. Prices vary based on the item, with most selling for around 500, but the rarest berries - Custap, Enigma, Jaboca, Lansat, Micle, Rowap, and Starf - will earn you 30,000 each! BalmMushrooms can be sold for 25,000, Rare Candy's for 10,000, and Shoal Salt for 7,000.

Icirrus City Pokemon Center - An old gentleman will buy items that the Poke Mart won't buy, such as Pearl Strings, Big Nuggets, Comet Shards, and the gems and evolution stones you find in dust clouds. Gems and most shards fetch you 200, Hard Stones go for 500, non-evolution stones go for 1,000, and most evolution stones go for about 3,000. He'll pay 10,000 for Nuggets, 25,000 for Pearl Strings, 30,00 for a Big Nugget, and Comet Shards for 60,000.

Prefab House on Route 18 - A man in sunglasses say's he'll buy "something cool" from you, but what he wants is a Rare Bone. Sometimes a wild Crustle will be holding this item, so be sure to sell any you find to him for a lot of cash.

Big Villa in Undella Town - A rich man will buy artifacts and old relics from you. He'll buy Flutes from you, too: Blue flute, 7,000; Red or Yellow, 7,500; and Black or White, 8,000. Other items he'll buy include the Relic Band, Relic Copper, Relic Crown, Relic Gold, Relic Silver, Relic Statue, and Relic Vase. The amount he offers isn't listed, but since he's a billionaire, it's safe to say it'll be worth it!
