You want an explanation for the "samurai in my underwear" line? It's not as interesting as you'd expect. I was reading a webcomic, and it was doing a parody of bad Japanese monster movies. The newscaster guy was yelling something in bad Japanese. When translated, it said, "There is a samurai in my underwear!" That is all.
