Not sure if any of you are collectors like myself, but for those of you who are or interested in buying nendoroids, here are a couple of links to how you can spot a bootleg from the real thing. They are very helpful and ensures that you get your money worth by not getting a poor quality fake - after all, nendoroid collecting is a pricey hobby.

Here are some tips from myself:
heart As a firm rule, always, always buy from a known seller, be it recommendation from a trusted friend or well-known within the community. If it's ebay or other similar online shopping sites, check for credible feedback and run a Google to see if this seller has any shady history. And when there are no results, it's always better to be safe than sorry - don't buy.

heart Whenever possible, it's good to buy the item in person so you can check. Always ask to check! Even if you can't take the nendoroid out of the box, closely examine the box and the nendoroid item within. Little details like a difference in printing or a poor quality picture printed on the back of the box are hints to a likely fake.

heart If your heart doubts the credibility, don't buy.
