My bragging is more like bemoaning my terrible fate. Par exemple: I got a 212 on the PSAT. Not bad, right? Pfft. I got an 87% on the Math, lief hates me. But, as I found later, most people didn't do very well. Once I start to feel that, ok, maybe it's not so terrible, my brother and sister are all, "You suck, we got in the TEENS MAN. You were supposed to get over 220... how could you let Mommerkins down like that?", only probably more humorous. So I am deflated again. Whatever, it wasn't that bad. I shouldn't whinebrag about things that are piddling at best.
Well... it's pretty bad to brag whatever the circumstances, but it is better to do so when you've earned it.
