Description: The user does a short number of signs and fires a stream of superheated steam in a fireball form that scalds skin upon contact, and makes breathing difficult. The steam will "catch" to things as if it were fire, and ironically is put out by fire jutsu of chunnin or higher rank. most people will make the mistake of trying to put it out with water, which only adds to the steam. The steam does not melt thick hyoton ice, but will melt small needles.
