Hello, I am a crafter from the US butt living in Argentina, I knit, crochet and weave and I sell things to a shop here in Argentina, but I always look tto learn new things.

I would love to weave - I've taught myself to spin, and actually looked into getting a loom, but they're very big, and very expensive (the kind I wanted, anyway).

It is. I taught myself both drop spindle, and spinning wheel.
I haven't kept in practice, though. Brought my drop spindle from storage this past week, so plan to get back into it.

Hi!

I've been crafting for going on four years now.
For a long time I was just into photography and beading, but my friend taught me the super basic way to crochet and I went from 0-100 mph with it.

from bows to snails and laptop cozies...
And yet
I still can't read instructions worth poop. Or at all.
I freehand basically everything, with some funny results.

Like, I don't have a picture, but I made a little amigurumi for my friends birthday last year and it was so ugly but cute at the same time??
Kind of like a pug or something.
