Care to draw me? (pay well for good art)

Ok so I need some more art of my character and I'll pay well for any art I get, but I'll pay more the more I like the art done. I'm leaving poses and clothing choices up to the artists, though I'd prefer some sort of action pose (him holding/shooting a gun/punching/kicking at an invisible foe or just posing badassaly ((is that a word?))

Bust/halfbody
Uncolored : 5-15k
Colored: 20-30k

Full Body
Uncolored: 10-20k
Colored: 25-35k
Colored + Background: 30-40k

hmm... i may do one, but i can't draw THAT well, also, can it be just head and shoulders? busts are a bit difficult for me... lol
