You could try ordering it online on a site like amazon.com, if they don't sell it in your city.

Computer stores are always the best places to look. However, there's one thing that you really need to know before you go out looking for it: You need a lot of money to get a copy.

The professional version costs around $800, and the educational version costs around $400. There's no difference between the professional and educational versions aside from the license. Meaning, if you bought the educational version, you wouldn't be able to legally sell your work. Doesn't mean you can't, however.

If you don't have that much to spend, then Photoshop Elements is the better way to go. It's basically Photoshop, but made slightly less complex so that your average consumer can use it easily. A copy of it will run you around $120 or so.

There are other programs out there that are just as good as Photoshop if you're not interested in the educational or Elements editions of it. Corel's Paint Shop Pro is quite good I hear and if you purchase it from their website right now (http://www.corel.com), you can get it for just less than $100.

http://www.adobe.com Download the Trial version from there, see if it's for you, before you decide to buy it. You get a 30 day trial, as I said, see if it's for you, and THEN make the desicission of wether or not it is worth buying.

blaugh if the problem is called "money" ...
a nice alternative is The Gimp!
Former linux program, it is free, it has all the basic features that Photoshop has, it even can deal with photoshop files, and now its available for windows!

Get it here !
Dont forget to download and install the GTK+ too! its needed!

The full, professional version is megahuge expensive. You could try Photoshop Home Version or Elements, or something similar like Paintshop Pro.
Usually your pc will come with some image editing software that's a step up from MS Paint, and usually those have some tools which are similar to what you'd use in Photoshop for colouring =)
