Lately, I find myself surrounded by people who take and take, but never give. I am looking for someone who loves me and never expects anything in return. I feel so obsessed with looking for this person. Am I love obsessed?

No sweetheart, You are not love obsessed. You just know what you want and you won't give up on finding it. Just give it time and you will find what you are looking for. Love takes time.

Exactly! A lot of people are impatient but we must learn that we can not force love
Edit: I thought I would never find my match but I found my match 5 months ago.. Even though it's a guy i couldn't be happier. Everything I was looking for I found in him.

I'm ready and that's why I'm wondering why love is avoiding me. Everyone else has someone to run to when they are upset or hysterically happy. I don't have that person and it's making me wonder what's wrong with me...

Being single doesn't mean there is something wrong with you, it just means you haven't come by a good enough person yet. Don't worry, you'll find someone eventually if you keep looking.
I myself am not looking too hard for a girl right now, I'm happy being single. I still look every now and then, but I don't look too often nor put too much effort into it.
