A grand house created by Hiro and Shoko in one evening when they found a nice stretch of land and decided to inhabit it. This land is thick with vegetation and wildlife, making living on wild beasts for meat an easy endeavor. The house was made using Hiro and Shoko's abilities in Ninjutsu. Basically the place is a normal japanese style house with many open panel walls that can be closed and opened depending on the weather to make the house very aerated. Beneath the house lies all it's secrets, with earth chambers and a huge set of basement areas underneath the house. Shoko's clay has been used in the surrounding area as tiny bugs and other plain looking things as a sort of protective element to the house.

Flying over head the grand forest of grass country, Shoko spots an interesting area. "Hiro, mind if we take a pitstop?" Without waiting for an answer she turns the bird down towards a lovely hilltop. Landing there she finds this a suitable spot to set up a house. Looking to Hiro she smiles and starts weaving handsigns. "I think I want to take a stake in this land." Putting her hands to the ground she starts to form the earth and many tunnels under the hill to thus create an intricate basement system. Her hands all the while chewing on lots of clay that she can later use to build and protect her future home with.

Once they landed on the ground, Hiro took notice of what Shoko was doing. She was building a home of a sorts, at least he could be of help. Cracking his knuckles, Hiro placed his palms on the ground literally causing the ground to compact and harden from dirt, to solid rock. Largely slates of rock shot upwards, however this wasn't the end. Feeding more of his chakra into the ground, small dead roots literally came back to life. The roots began expanding, once they shot up out of the ground, all Hiro had to do was bend it to his will. Suddenly more roots shot out of the ground, bending and twisting around each other. Shoko, who was on the site of the sudden uprising would be safe, of course. Once he was done the entirely shape of the house was finished, at least the inside. If Shoko traveled through the ground she could easily get out.

Shoko


"Ooh pretty." Shoko laughs as the house begins to take shape. She begins forming an army of clay bugs to stand guard in the surrounding forests and explode if anybody comes to close. Not paying attention, One of the many roots that juts from the ground got a little off course from Hiro's control and whipped around, ripping Shoko's shirt in two. Leaving a nice cut all the way up her belly she was barely able to jump back before the root ripped a nice cut in her chest. Her shirt falling to the ground she covers up quickly (and as best as possible.) and laughs innocently. "I should probably remain alert." The chambers under the house completed they harden up and bits of clay are used for reinforcement. The house seems done to Shoko, who at this moment wouldn't mind an extra shirt or something, better than a couple leaves to protect her dignity.
 

[Hiro the Herp]

Though he pretended to not have seen a thing, Hiro definitely saw the tearing of Shoko's shirt. It was just a perk from combat, there was almost nothing he could not notice. While only doing a few handsigns, the nearest water source came rushing toward him, all the while eroding a path in the dirt. It was clear the rivers path was to another water source, but it never hurt to have a water source in case of an attack.

He didn't know if Shoko was still underground, or if she was in the forest. "Shoko? You finished yet?"

Shoko


"Almost," Shoko appears out of the forest with a couple of leaves and pieces of grass fashioned like a bra to cover herself. It is the best she could muster up as a full shirt would be really itchy. This is just semi itchy. Shoko itches her back once and looks to the beautiful source of water Hiro has brought in. She smiles then forces a couple handsigns and a couple crevices of about 100ft in depth appear at the water sources to allow an amazing waterfall, Shoko digs out this area a bit, so the house is protected by a cliff nearby, making this terrain harder yet to reach. The area around is smoothed out over time to make for a natural landscape, instead of a jutting mess of rubble. Shoko's grass jutsu helps to progress the status of nature in the area she molded with earth jutsu. With grass growing on the fresh earth it would promote seeds to grow within, as there are great stores of water in and under grass. House with waterfall, check; underground lair, check; cool open style home, check. The place seems near completed really.

Smiling Shoko runs to the house and checks it out. She is happy with what has been made here. Later she would construct yet more, but for now: the house is completed.

Shoko


Down with her house Shoko has one thing on her mind. She must train! she thinks hard about which jutsu she would like to try out and she has one good one in mind. Remembering a jutsu that Masumi once performed that caused such a rampage among the land Shoko smiles, as her memory is a little foggy: she fishes around in her supply bag. (1/5)

Finally finding what she needs Shoko opens her scroll and looks to the secret set of Grass jutsu that Masumi gave to Shoko such a long long time ago. These jutsu are just insane in power, and it was thought by shoko for the longest time that she would be unable to learn any of these jutsu. The day has come though and she has lived to become strong enough to begin her training of these complicated jutsu. She reads and sighs finding her favorite and yet probably hardest to train alone: (2/5)


Hebi Tsurukusa no Jutsu (Hydra Vines Skill)
One of the most feared jutsu in the Hidden Grass Village. In order for the jutsu to work the user needs to have some of the opponents blood. The user then makes a series of seals and slams there hands on the ground with the opponents blood on it, which causes several large vines to grow from the ground around the opponent. The vines will then attack the opponent who's blood was used during there summon. These vines are covered in razor sharp thorns, the vines will then try and wrap around the opponent and slid under there flesh and run there way though the opponents blood stream ripping the opponent from the inside out. While these vines can be cut easily, if they are two will grow from where the original was cut, if those two are cut then four will grow and so on. The only true way to stop these vines is to burn them and destroy them at the root.

Cutting her own finger and making a series of handsigns Shoko shoves her fist in the ground and smiles as a bunch of vines grow up and whip about the grassy field next to her house. She smiles as the vines are directed at her, since she used her own blood. What a tough bunch of vines to try and take care of. They crack and whip about wildly. It seems the jutsu has been used, but the true test of whether Shoko can handle to use this jutsu is to see if she can get out of her own mess. (3/5)

Leaping to the side just in time the vines try to snap and whip at Shoko to thus try and cut her up. She pulls out a kunai and slashes away at a couple of the vines only to see that the point that she slashed the vine away out grows two more vines. "This could be bad." She says slicing and dicing until there are just too many vines. She gasps out of breath and almost beaten as the vines cut at her body and try to get beneath her skin. (4/5)

"NO." Shoko yells pulling out her custom sword. The hilt only, he pressed a button and a ceramic nightstick like device pops out, very quickly a roar of fire can be heard as plasma like flames appear from out of the nightsticks perforated holes. The sword glows a maginficent color and burns hot as hell. Shoko cuts a vine away and keeps the sword there momentarily to not only burn the spot closed where more vines appear but to start a fire to trail up the vines to lead to the source. Once the source is found Shoko can make her real move. Dashing quickly from side to side and swiping away at vines that appear to not grow back two times the amount because of the sheer heat of the weapon is enough to heat the wound closed. Shoko reaches the center point of the veins the core. A fire burns strong around the area, within the inferno Shoko drives her sword deep into the vines source and puts a hault to their movements. Only now is she safe. "Holy crap" she says breathing hard. "What a technique." She really doesn't want to be on the bad side of this technique again, she writes down a couple notes on the jutsu's weakness and strengths so she can plan battles more effectively. (5/5)

Shoko


Tired from her other jutsu and having to battle it Shoko makes a shadow clone and declares this the last jutsu of grass she will learn for now. As all these techniques she has left are the most powerful of the grass village she would be happy with just the knowledge of two of those jutsu. So she trains. She reads and reads and reads. So much information is put into these last few jutsu. She knows full well that she will need this jutsu soon perhaps to help her counter the great forces that seem to walk this earth now. Shoko finishes the reading on the scroll for a certain jutsu:


Tenma Akiraka no Jutsu (Demon of the Plains Skill)
This technique allows the user to strike an opponent in critical places multiple times, appearing out of the grass.When used, chakra is transferred all over the body to allow the user to fuse with the grass. The user then travels behind the opponent in the blink of an eye, and appears out with both hands covered with Kusa no Yaiba's. The user then strikes the opponent and then disappears again. This is repeated a total of six times, the final time ending with a fatal hit to the opponents heart , with a whirlwind of sharp grass circling the user. (1/5:training post)


Able to transfer chakra all over her body pretty easily Shoko gets that step without a problem and she is able to fuse with the grass pretty well already as well. She cannot travel when fused with the grass though. That has been her problem for the longest of times. She knows this so she practices just fusing with the grass and fusing quicker and making her chakra flow quicker all over her body. This is her first steps to learning the jutsu. (2/5)

Fusing with the grass and staying hidden Shoko is able to move around now, yet terribly slowly. moving almost like an amoeba She can't help but to laugh at her own pace. "this isn't going to work in battle." She pushes herself harder and harder until her pace starts to quicken slightly. This jutsu is all about the refinement of the past grass jutsu really. This jutsu is proof that one has become a true grass shinobi and has mastered the elements of manipulating and becoming one with grass. Following its path and allowing for the quickest movement. Shoko is able to move now very quickly among the grass. (3/5)

Moving quicker and quicker she gets the idea of this jutsu completely. She thought having her shadow clone learning the jutsu with her would of made the process a bit quicker, and it did cut the time a tiny bit for her to learn the jutsu. The clone stands among the grassy field now and has learned the jutsu just as well as the regular Shoko. Who know will test the jutsu on her clone. She gains range on the clone quickly moving through the grass in a blink of an eye she appears out of the grass behind her clone and with grass swords for hands. She stabs the swords into the clones kidneys then disappears back into the grass right as the clone swipes a kunai over Shoko's head. Shoko appears out of the grass in quick succession six total times, and stabs the clone each time, in rather non-lethal points. However, her ending stab was straight through the heart of the clone. Who actually appears to be a combo of shadow clone and clay clone. Thus allowing it to be an effective dummy for multiple stabbing exercises like this. (4/5)

The jutsu work now completed the memories and experience from the clone transfer over to the real Shoko. who feels the pains of being stabbed. Yet gains a bunch of knowledge of how scary this jutsu is when being used against you and a bunch of extra experience in learning the jutsu and thus using it quicker, with better controls and tactics. Shoko with a giant smile on her face can't believe she has learnt some of these strong grass jutsu, which she saw Masumi perform so long ago and amaze her with this power she thought she would never be able to learn. Yet here Shoko stands amongst a field of grass, mighty as ever and capable as ever. She knows what she must do. (5/5: training posts)

Heading back into her house she pulls out a map and pins it to the wall, followed by a series of about seven maps. A whole cluster upon the wall. Shoko draws up a plan: connecting key points here and there. She see's exactly who she will need to talk to and become allies with. Her job as ANBU captain is to ascertain the situation between cross village alliances. If a treaty amongst two villages seems wary then work should be done to preserve or destroy the bonds. Shoko see's that the direct neighbors; land-wise would be a smart decision for starter allies. Working with smaller villages is easier though so Shoko places a pin on the map and smiles. She steps outside and looks to the sky: her clay bird picking her up and carrying her off towards the horizon. She leaves Hiro here for now, with a shadow clone of hers in order to give him any information on what Shoko is up to.
