Locking stops any more post being made in the thread. It stay visible just not postable. lol

that's pretty much it. All you can do is monitor thread and post, delete or move them if needed.

I never meant for the guild to be solely gaming, but trolling or abusive language, thing like that you need to look out for and delete or move but i try to let people do what they want.

You'll need to post a little bit more post, so keep that up and everything should be fine. If you want to help manage a sub-forum, it's your decision.

as often as you want. If you have good topics, post loads lol.
All i really want is for you to check for bad content and post a minimum of once a week.
