You might be asking what jobs might there be, and here they are:
Event Planner

The event planners plan the future events that might seem interesting for the guild. It's pretty self-explanatory.
Graphic Coder/ Banner Maker
Hiring: 0
The graphic coders and banner makers can make banners or layout codes for events, ID cards (which will be needed), and other threads.
Advertisers
Hiring: Unlimited
Advertisers are people who post our banner in their signatures and go advertise our guild to other people/guilds.
Event Host
Hiring: 5
Event Hosts are the ones who create and manage the events. They can choose whether to hire judges or judge it thyself.
Guild Manager
Hiring: 2
Guild Managers are the ones who go around and makes sure that people are doing the right things and doing their jobs, as well.
Every job has a different payment at the end of the month.
The guild managers are the most important jobs because they decide which person did a better job than who, and will inform me.
