If you can get hold of a copy of Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain by Betty Edwards, I found that one to be both fun and informative. I also like some of the anime style drawing tutorials too. There are also a few good ones online, that you can Google. A few people on DeviantART have put up several drawing tutorials as well.
