Description:
Having a liking for flowers of various types, Hinoka created this technique. The user creates a group of rose buds made of pure fire and scatters them about by tossing them in the air. The flowers, once touching the ground will remain on the ground until one of several conditions are met. Either they are touched and explode, three posts go by of no contact making them explode anyways, or are dissolved by water. When these flowers detonate, they explode throwing fire everywhere inflicting burns. Strength of these explosions and fire match rank of the jutsu. [Five flowers are created.]

Description:
Having a liking for flowers, Hinoka created this technique. A varient of Kaji Hana no Jutsu, the user creates a series of rose buds made of pure fire. However, quantity is increased and they float in midair when scattered by the user. Upon will, the user detonates the flowers in a series of firey explosions. If touched before detonation, it'll simply burn the target. The strength of the explosion per flower is equivilent to half an explosive note. However, lack of power is made up in numbers. They can be put out by water equal to one rank beneath them or higher. [ten flowers are made]

Description:
Having a liking for flowers, Hinoka created this technique. Another varient of Kaji Hana no Jutsu, the user creates six 7in rose buds made of firey chakra. These flowers over around the user, facing multiple directions. Whenever an opponent gets too close, or a ninjutsu technique gets within range it'll get in front of it and release a jet of scorching flames to protect the user. It can only intercept ninjutsu of the same rank or less, as higher would destroy the flower. Water techniques of one rank less or higher can put them out. After two posts, these flowers will demateralize. This skill has a recharge period of two posts.

Description:
A technique thats created to make give the opponent some unwanted problems. Which is an understatement. The user transfers firey chakra to their feet, which they stamp or stomp near the target releasing a small yet quick shockwave of heat and fire which travel along the ground to a range of 5m. Those who's feet are within that range on the ground will suddenly find their feet screaming in pain from becoming burned to the second degree [superficial partial thickness]. Their feet will be red with clear blisters all over, making it very painful for anything to touch their feet and more sensative to heat. The skin becoming moist and very tender, the target's feet is more prone to injury until treatment is sought out by medic. Natural time period of healing would be 2wks.

Description:
A useful technique that Hinoka created, when a weapon isn't at hand and needed she creates a lance made of chakra. The lance is virtually the same size as Hinoka, but when held very light as if air. This lance can be used in two different ways, one is being used as a physical weapon while the other is being thrown. When used as a weapon, its power is based on the rank of the user, matching herself in strength as its her own chakra. As a physical weapon, it can be used to slice, stab, or even spun around like a staff to block weaker chakra. When used as a projectile, its penetration strength once more is based on the rank of user. However, its strength here relies in once it makes impact. Upon impact it'll detonate releasing an explosion. The base power [Genin if user is genin or AC rank (weapon users)], is 5ft in range and equivilant to an explosive note. For every rank, the strength the explosion increases by two explosive notes and radius increases by 5ft. However, once thrown it'll be lost and the user must wait three posts to recreate another lance. Hinoka is capable of mixing her fire chakra to give it a fiery effect, and when in Angel form the angel's chakra will mix with it giving it an appearance of a lance made from the sun, being as hot as the surface of the sun. Upon it exploding, the heat and energy is just as hot. [This part can only be done when in a Angel Release state above zero.]

Description: The user takes in the solar energy from the sun, turning around and using it to release a powerful burst of light and heat similar to that if someone was looking directly at the sun from space. Those who look upon this radiant light will become blinded for two posts and feel a burning sensation in their eyes. The second time they see this light will have more damaging effects. Blindness for four posts and see spots for two posts afterwards including a more intense burning sensation in the eyes, indicating damage is getting worse. Should the opponent be unfortunate enough to see the light for a third time, the eyes will be damaged so badly permenant blindness will ensue and the coronas will be burned beyond repair. Parents always told their kids not to look directly into the sun, you'll go blind. [The three time rule only applies to one session, not three different occasions]

Description: A unique doujutsu technique that is of the genjutsu element. Hinoka developed this genjutsu to affect the sense of sight of her opponents in a way that can throw them off. The illusion is initiated upon the eyes meeting, and a post after the eye contact. Once the illusion takes hold, the only way it can be rid of is by inflicting moderate damage upon one's self. Once every other post, the user will disappear from the target's sight. Almost as if they disappeared completely from the naked eye. And every other post from that, the user will reappear. This can become really tricky if the user has clones of him or herself as the clones would also have similar effect. Once the user is in stage two of the kekki genkai, this skill's power will become B rank as well as its cost. But the effect will be more absolute. Rather then the user disappearing only, but to the extent that even chakra sensing is fooled. Its often refered to as Blinking Status by Hinoka. This skill has no effect against those one rank higher then the user. This skill cannot be kai'd.

Description:
A technique Hinoka developed based on her likeness for flowers, similar to her fire flower skills. By molding her chakra into rose petals, she can scatter them in the area. The petals are capable of detecting things around them. The range of the flowers are roughly 5ft to begin with, the range increasing by 5ft for every rank. Up to three flowers are created. Whatever the petal detects, Hinoka will be aware of. Likewise, whenever a petal is destroyed they will release a cloud of shimmering dust which informs Hinoka where they were destroyed and when.

Description:
Expanding her silverish like chakra, Hinoka creates a field around her made of unseen chakra [may be seen with certain chakra sensing kekki genkais]. The field's range is 10m, and at this moment too weak to affect other living things. However, projectiles used within the field or entering the field will be slowed down slightly making it easier to dodge or deflect, making fast assaults easier to deal with. This affects both weaponry and jutsu. Hinoka isn't affected by this, as the chakra is her's. However, allies will be. The field remains for three posts due to being at beginners level. As she grows stronger, she'll be capable of extending the endurance of this skill by two per rank.

Description:
A unique technique for Hinoka as the Time Phoenix. Shrouding herself in chakra her eyes turn silver as she begins seeing brief images of the past in the area she is in. It can only reveal the most recent events, due to being at a beginners level as no conversation can be heard. The most she can see is who was there and what they were doing. This is often used for tracking, or simply finding information out. [The restrictions of this technique is few, as for one how far back is only up to two pages ago upon arrival of said area. No text can be read, aka conversations or hear what went on there. Only who was there and what they were doing. This can only be done once per day.]

Description:
A unique technique that is slightly tricky to deciver between illusion and reality. The user creates an image of a clock that is works like any other clock in the sky with her chakra. Should the target(s) look at the clock, the hands will suddenly slow down as the opponent is pulled into a genjutsu. To them, time itself will slow down to half speed. Everything they see that moves will be delayed by several seconds. While this may appear to work in their advantage it actually endangers them of severly misjudging the actions of the user or an incoming assault. The user can practically be running at the target, flipping over them and attacking at their back and the target will only see the user still running at them. The trick to end this illusion is rather different then other genjutsu as kai won't really affect it. Instead, the target must attack the clock in the sky with a jutsu. If the technique is equal to the clock's level, it'll crack it and the illusion will last for only three more posts unless struck again which will destroy it. Higher ranking techniques will shatter the clock upon impact, halting the illusion. However, once the illusion ends time will return to normal so fast it'll leave the target disoriented for two posts. After the clock is destroyed, the user must wait six posts before reusing it.

Description:
An advanced version of the first level of Glimpse of Past. By further concentrating in the depths of time, Hinoka can see much further into the past with more details. Conversations can be heard and the images are much more clear as if she was standing right there. This skill is only usable once every other day. [Updated info: Hinoka will see everything up to 4 pages back. Doesn't include occing]

Description:
A powerful technique executable by the Time Phoenix. Unleashing a surge of energy, the user literally freezes time for one minute. Everything within the same area as the Time Phoenix is affected, trapped where they were just before time was frozen. From other shinobi, to summons, to jutsu, everything. During this time, the user is given certain restrictions they must abide by. They can do anything, except for attacking others or putting them in harms way. [Basically, nothing that'll result auto-hit or auto-kill, like moving them over or in lava etc or using a jutsu in their face that'll cause them to get instantly hit without a chance of retaliating.] After the user's post is up time continues as normal, unaware of what exactly happened. This technique is mostly used for tight situations where they need some help, giving them a chance at defending or dodging something that would have been impossible to do otherwise. This skill can only be used once every four posts and no more then three times a day. Should the user break the restrictions, they will be frozen in time themselves instead, leaving them wide open to an attack.

Description:
A strictly traveling technique, allowing Hinoka to go to anywhere she has been. By ripping a hole in the fabric of time and space, Hinoka can teleport to anywhere she has been nearly instantly. Once she has reached S ranked, this technique will cost nothing. However, this skill CANNOT be used in battle under no circumstances. Others can travel with the user, but they must maintain physical contact. The max limit is three, including the user.
