	I got an A on my Hardware Final a couple weeks ago, and an overall A in the class! Studying was the only key, the class wasn't about trying to trick you on the quizzes, it was about knowing the material, and with the diverse amount of computer hardware, it would be easy to make trick questions about troubleshooting/fixing things. There are manuals, paper & online, so we don't have to memorize all the details, just the troubleshooting process. 1. Interview the customer. 2. Try the simple things first. 3. w/e else
