It's ot a video explainging what SOPA is, it's a video arguing that piracy is something many supporters of SOPA have actively encouraged, or even created in the first place. Probably to get more control over media. It talks a lot about C|net, which is owned by viacom, and how they've been distributing filesharing software for years and even providing links and search engines for MP3 piracy.

If you didn't watch the video you really had no reason to post. :I This is not a joke thread.

That said, this guy in the video is super obnoxious. I actually like Xilo's stuck up British dude more. As for video content, both are worth watching.
