Maybe you should think about...

What is the event's theme?

What do you want to happen? Games? Activities? etc?

Recruit friends and other people to help organize it?

Do you even have the gold for it?

The event hall isn't just for Magazine related events. If you want to hold an event for any reason, that space is available to you. But if you were bringing in new members My Gaia would be more than happy to partially sponsor you smile
