Gaia Name: Ryoko Earth RPC Name: Ryoko Hashamoto Rank: Sannin Village: N/A Would you like to Donate your Style: I'd like to be the only one that teaches it.
Style Name: The Story Picture: History: Ryoko created this style because he wanted a way to use his techniques quickly while still being able to avoid attacks. He's had a lot of time to refine and test it over the years, and now he's ready to test it out in a real battle. Style Requirements: N/A Movement Description: This style utilizes dodges and quick parries to avoid attacks while keeping hands close together to easily use Jutsu. A practitioner of the style will typically stay in one spot during a physical attack, hands close together and knees ready to spring. They will dodge the attack when it comes. At this point, they may try to get space, or they may use a Jutsu as a counter attack. A person of this style almost never attacks physically. Ninjutsu users can learn this style to one stage above their rank.
Stage 1: The Introduction (Basic)
Stage Description: This is the beginning of the style, the basics. It only explains the style to the student, and gives them a feel of what is to come. It is the foundation, can't be used by itself, but it is still one of the most important steps. Someone using this stage of the style would only get beaten. Stage Powers: No bonuses granted Stage Training: The student will practice making handsigns while running, and performing other exercises. This is to train the ability to make handsigns and speed while simultaneously showing them what to expect. Mostly though, the student just learns what it means to use the style. Also, the teacher will demonstrate the full potential of the style using another, or a clone.
Stage 2: The Exposition (Genin)
Stage Description: The student is still getting the hang of the style, but the practice shows. They have learned how to move with the style, but the conditioning has yet to kick in. Handsigns are faster because they now flow, and the stance has be learned to a degree that the handsigns begin quicker. Also, they are now able to dodge, but cannot perform handsigns while doing so. Stage Powers: Handsigns +1(rank) Speed(when evading) +1 Strength -3 Stage Training: The student puts on weights, but only on the legs, because have them on the arms would only slow down the ability to do handsigns. They will practice jumping from the stance, as the trainer watches. They will also do handsigns, however, this is a minimal portion.
Stage 3: The Rising Action (Genin)
Stage Description: This is where the style really begins to pick up. The training shows, and all the jumping grants an increase in normal speed as well. The physical conditioning has begun to show, and the practice with the handsigns show. All in all, the style begins to make it's mark, and this is the first stage that it's really usable. During this stage, the student can do handsigns while dodging. Stage Powers: Handsigns +2, Speed(when evading) +2, Speed +1 Strength -3 Stage Training: The weights are increased. More importantly, this is where the teacher will begin to attack the student, not only training them, but also training their reflexes and muscle memory. The weights can be removed, or they can stay on, but most choose to keep the weights on. How strong the teacher attack is up to the teacher, but remember: Harder attacks make for a more interesting time.
Stage 4: The Twist (Chuunin)
Stage Description: This is called the Twist because this is the only style where physical strength will be worked on. This is because in this stage, the main weakness of the style is offset slightly. But, more importantly, after this stage is learned, the student can do parries, not able to block, but able to push attacks to the side. Stage Powers: Handsigns +2, Speed(when evading) +2 Speed +1 Strength -2 Stage Training: This is the only stage where the student will put weights on his arms. In this stage, the student will do push-ups, pull-ups, and anything else they can think of to train their arms. Near the end of the training for this stage, another will attack the student with taijutsu, and he will practice parrying the blows.
Stage 5: The Climax (Jounin)
Stage Description: This is it. The pinnacle of the physical conditioning, the student has learned all they can from the teacher. They are now able to teach the style. Also, they can expertly dodge in air, able to twist their body to avoid attacks. Now, all that can come next is experience. Stage Powers: Handsigns +3, Speed(when evading) +3, Speed +2, Strength -2 Stage Training: The arm weights are taken off, the strength training done. The student has another attack them at full strength, the student has to survive without being hit for ten minutes. The student must use everything they have learned, parries, dodges, and any evasive jutsu. Once this is done, the Master officially recognizes the student as a fellow Master of the Style.
Stage 6: The Resolution (Sannin)
Stage Description: This is the final stage. No stats are increased. The only thing that comes with this stage is experience. With experience, comes knowledge. With knowledge, comes power. Stage Powers: Handsigns +3, Speed (When evading) +3, Speed +2 Strength -2 Stage Training: The things that come with this stage are techniques. As you fight, you will unlock these techniques. No training required, the only training you need is the experience you get while fighting. Stage Techniques:
Amount of Fights to Unlock: One Name of Technique: Chakra Burst Rank of technique: Genin Description: The user focuses a lot of chakra to their feet at one, similar to how they would if they were going to walk on walls. Then, they intentionally overload the chakra, which pushes them off of the ground, and increasing the speed of a dodge. Speed(When Evading) +1
Amount of Fights to Unlock: Three Name of Technique: Double Tap Rank of Technique: Jounin Description: This technique is simply quick hand speed. The user does handsigns so fast that two jutsu are used within a second of each other. It looks like the user does both of the jutsu at the same time. This cannot be used for any jutsu that specifically state that the handsigns are long.
